The tech Walter was the best I ever had. They were supposed to come Monday but showed up Friday. Last year they couldn't do maintenance because they were only doing emergency calls. I've paid for a maintenance contract and they wouldn't do maintenance.

Raul was a pleasure to work with. His mannerism, besides his technical skills and knowledge were phenomenal. I would highly recommend. The work was timely and accurate. We finally have hot water again thank you so much Raul!

The Tech was very professional and very informative Ashley was a great guy very professional. I can't say enough about his performance. Even though they have to come back he is going above and beyond to make sure that my AC and H vac gets backup and repair.

ARS performed consultation. We have to decide on which kind of water heater we need for our place. The consultant was well informed and professional.

Everything was great but the time. Reschedule first time and late the next day. Repair man was great really knows his stuff. I still would recommend ARS to anyone.

A/C unit shut down.
Symptom thermostat no power.
Air handerl on power.
Cause water sensor trigger auto shut off. Also Air handerl leaking air. Duck tape and sealer blew out leaking air in to attic.

Dependable and responsive service team in Charleston. We were having issues with condensation and duct work from the new hvac system they installed. They were able to come out and find a solution to the issue.

Quinton and his guys did a great job installing our new HVAC system. The access to our attic was too small to fit the new unit through but they were able to disassemble the steps and make it work, then rebuild the steps good as new. They were professional, clean, and answered all of our questions. Very good experience!]
