Dan The Duct Man

I love Dan The Duct Man!!!!! He is the only part on my build that was right so far!!! He called and excellent communication. He showed up on time and when he said he would. He is the only person that has done that so far.
He did exactly what he said . Thank you Dan!!!! If your not using him your crazy!

For a service that's completed right the first time, call him. On time and very courteous. Not like other companies that came out and over price the job. He's upfront and honest about what you need to feel comfortable year round. I highly recommend him.

He seemed like a great person, and I wanted so badly to give him a great review; however, he failed to connect all the ducts. When I protested, then he said that he had inspected them, and that they were connected. When I insisted that he return and check the duct in question, then he stated that they were not all connected, and that it was the fault of the people he hired. He then left trash for me to pickup and he said that he would send someone over to replace the cover between the unit and the house. The cover has is poorly installed. I asked him to fix it, but he said he was out of town; that was a few weeks ago. Wish the work was as great as his personality,.
