Cullum Mechanical HVAC & Plumbing

I had to go to my bank today to fill out some paperwork and I saw Cullum had 4 trucks parked in the front parking lot and were obviously replacing a unit. I parked on the opposite parking row in order to stay out of their way... When I came back out there was an old large rusty heat pump just sitting behind my car on its side blocking me in. Also screws and metal shavings laying all over the place on the ground. There were no workers to be found so I had to drive over a parking block and through the grass to get out of my parking spot. I have never used their services and never will due to this sloppy/dangerous work environment they insisted on creating in the middle of a busy parking lot. Makes you really wonder about the quality of the actual work performed if this is the level of carlessness regarding something simple. Just clean up your trash.

Your guy in truck 2331 was on dorchester road on his cell phone while driving. Not a good luck for a branded company vehicle
. He was also weaving in and out of traffic and cut me off in front of the air force base

Cullum Mechanical Inc. uses less than appropriate materials, and doesn’t complete projects by code. They set the costumer up for future problems, long after they’re gone. They then take their profits, so greedy, and have a family field day, at the expense of trusting companies, the customer and the manual workers money and time!
OSHA should really take a look at Cullum’s ongoing work, Cullum Mechanical Inc is pulling the wool over Charlestons eyes! Losers! Oh and BTW, their spill on “family first” is a joke! I have/had cancer, no one from Cullum cared, no one from Cullum helped, no one. Think about that.

Cullum is fantastic! I run a wedding venue that needs very fast assistance when something goes wrong and Cullum is always so responsive and quick to be at our aid. They have had to troubleshoot problems that I think often threw them for a loop and they have always been so helpful and creative and willing to dig in and find a solution. Professionals who know their stuff! I would highly recommend for any type of need.

Don't give them the pleasure of wasting your time and resources. I booked a service call over a week in advance and was told I would be the only person on the schedule for the day and that the technician, Andy Spell, would be there early in the morning.

To make a very long and annoying story short, I had to call them all day to find out at 3:00pm that they were not going to show up. Then, they never called back to reschedule after stating they would call back in just a moment.

There are a lot better service companies(and technicians) in this town, don't waste your money on these rude idiots.

Needed HVAC repair and maintenance for office building located in Charleston SC. Cullum Mechanical always does a fantastic job maintaining our HVAC systems. Its great to have a local HVAC company in the Charleston area that we can rely on for quality and professionalism.

These Guys are Great!!! They really know what they are doing and they have been great to work with. If you need HVAC services or Mechanical Engineering and you're in the Charleston area, then give them a call!

Had to find someone to qfuickly come fix an HVAC unit at my business. Worked with Lea and she was so quick and efficient in getting a tech out to my business asap. She was so nice and understanding and helpful and I could not be more appreciative of the wonderful customer service we received from this company!

Had someone come out to give me an estimate to install a commercial exhaust hood. I had all of the equipment except needing duct work. Was told that I'd receive an estimate. Called them 3 times and finally was told it's not what they do and they weren't going to charge me for the time. Really?
