ARS from the time I called and talked to their receptionist to the tech that came out and flushed our water heater was very professional, took care of my needs efficiently... they made me like my business was important. Great place and I would definitely call them again!!

The technician that they sent was very professional. First of all he showed up on time. He was on hold with the manufacturers service department for about an hour (Not his fault). When the service department finally answered he went through the troubleshooting process with them. The problem with the water
Heater
Was not occurring while he was there and there were no error messages on the water heater, this made the problem difficult to diagnose. After about an hour he found that a switch on a valve was slightly off making the recirculating pump run continuously. He put this switch in the proper position and fingers crossed it does the trick. I appreciate his spending the time necessary to fix this problem. He was very polite and professional.
Tony is certainly an asset to his company and hopefully gets recognized for his thoroughness in getting the job done.

The service person 'David Percival was Great'! However, the person at the call center 'Nancy' was absolutely Terrible at her 'Customer Service'!!! She was Not professional at all. She was rude! Oh, she tried calling back to make things right, but by that time.. it wasjust too late!!! I completely canceled the service at hand, and ALL future calls for 'Heating and Air' will go to a different company!!!

Whatever you do, don't call ARS. I had them install a brand new 40 gallon hot water heater. The water never stayed hot for more than 10 minutes in the shower. (we only have 1 shower) I called them to come look at it while it was under warranty, and they cancelled on me twice. When they finally came, the technician claimed it was all operating and tried to sell me something so that I would have more gallons readily available. This should not be necessary for the amount of water we run. Now, on its 2nd year, and out of warranty, the hot water heater pilot light won't stay lit. Then, I had them replace a sewage pipe from a toilet to under the house. A few months later, I needed more extensive work done, and found that they had replaced the pipe but left the new pipe on the ground. Clearly, this is not how it should be done since you want things to flow downhill. Don't waste your time-they don't do quality work and don't keep appointments either.

First time I used them they called while I was on the phone letting me know they were coming. I immediately called back and they moved on to a different customer. 2nd time I used them, technician acted like he didn't want to work. 3rd time after waiting from 12 pm to 4pm I get a call that plumber was injured and can't come. I feel for the guy but come on you only have 1 employee? By the way, tried yall 1 more time and AGAIN! You call and tell me you can't come!!! And i did call you Mr. Skye and your voicemail was full.
