Great company with great customer service. My brand new furnace went out after 4 days of use. They were able to schedule me an appointment same day at a convient time. Turns out the unit was installed incorrectly but the tech got my heat up and running that afternoon.

Had three appointments. They canceled two. They finally showed up after calling three times for the third appointment. The dispatcher Joe said he left messages on my phone, but he never called or left a message. I asked him to route me to his supervisor. He never put me in touch or gave me a name. $ 189.00 for 15 minutes of work was too high. Josh the tech was very good. Will not use them in the future.

When the first company I called hung up the phone before saying hello - on several tries; and the next company couldn’t get a plumber out for two days for a suspected burst pipe, ARS, Rescue Rooter came the same day. Their plumber, Anthony, was professional, courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the problem, showing me exactly what he’d done and then ensured I understood. I’ll never again call another plumbing company and when I do call ARS, I will always ask for Anthony.

In mid July my HVAC broke! (S.C. ) After completing a service meeting we agreed to purchase a new system all for $12,000.00. The sales rep was a pushy sales person that he came to my house 2 times in one week so we can tell him exactly the system brand we wanted!. The company and the sales rep were not transparent about the service. Because they were selling us a system from Home Depot and financing it through ALLY BANK. I only found out about the SHADY SCAMS after 3 month’s calling and asking for the paperwork, itemized costs and warranties! To this date we received nothing except an email from Joseph Brondhaver. That’s what he explained about the system that was installed. It was Home Depot who received $12000.00. However, the financing via ALLY was the shady part because they had no contract or papers for either of the companies! Here’s the scams: the sales rep got a loan for $12K in my name for 120 months @ 14.99 % rate installments including a NA option to pay without penalty! Because l never saw or read the contract with ALLY, I tempted to pay off my balance early; l found out that I would be PENALIZED! And, must pay the interest of 120 months of interest cost??? Because they have an agreement with ARS the cost of interest is benefiting both the Ally bank and ARS! They installed the new system.l am still waiting for my contract and service agreement from ARS contractor to provide me with the documents with my signature. I will pursue this in a LEGAL WAY!
I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS DESPERATE TO GET HVAC INSTALLED DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE PRIOR TO HIRING THIS CO ARS !!! scammers have no limitations!

I was sent to ARS from Lowe’s for a hot water heater installation. The communication and office staff at ARS were lovely and very quick to get me an appointment the same day. Sadly, no one showed. They notified me that I could set up an appointment for the next day, so I dud. Sadly, no one showed for the scheduled time of 8-12. I called and they assured me that I was on the schedule, and that someone would make it out that day. Not only did no one come, but I was not contacted or communicated with about the no show.

A week after hearing nothing and having to find another plumber to get the job done, ARS sent a message asking if I was still interested. They blamed the delay and failure to communicate on frozen pipes from the cold weather. ARS needs to figure out a better system for scheduling appointments and ensuring they fit everyone in when they say they will. Transparency is always better than waiting for scheduled service only to be left in the dark. Don’t count on them if your in need of services. They probably will over book themselves and won’t show or will make a lame excuse.
