We had Jerell come out after we contacted Lowe’s to get an estimate. He was very nice, knowledgeable about the products and service, and was able to work with us and our needs.

We had a whole hvac replacement. They got it done in 2 days and so far it is working like a dream.

Our only fault with it so far is the google nest thermostat they installed. It was difficult to get it to connect to Wi-Fi for use with google home-however that’s a google problem and not at all the fault of ARS rescue rooter.

I was having routine for preventative maintenance on my HVAC system by ARS and today. My appointment was scheduled between 12 and five and the technician arrived a little after 1 o’clock. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Thomas. Let me preface this by saying this young man was a really nice guy and demonstrated exceptional Customer service. He came in and got to work right away. After his assessment, he shared his concerns and the best remedy for it. He brought me back to the system so he could show me what the issues were, and he explained to me why it was happening, and why I needed a particular fix. He was knowledgeable and thorough and he explained everything in a way that I understood. As I stated before exceptional customer service.

We used ARS to get a new HVAC installation. They were very professional & friendly. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves & worked quickly & efficiently. They were very knowledgeable & answered all my questions. Walked me thru how to operate my new Nest thermostats. They were priced better than surrounding companies in the area & I believe I recieve a good quality brand. I would highly recommend the ARS team...ask for Quintin & Derelle to do your install, they are the best!

Very poor customer service and even worse quality of workmanship. We had them install a new system in 2015. They failed to install the duct work properly and refuse to honor their warranty or correct the problem. Their failure to properly seal the duct work caused massive amounts of moisture to build in the system and leak in to the house. They showed up once to try and fix the problem and only did a bandage fix on it. Now that it is happening again, they are refusing to come out and fix it. My next step is a lawyer.

I asked ARS to send a tech out to check my AC for leaks. Jeff was on time, friendly, and very professional. He found where the leaks were and helped by referring us for a free estimate to replace our unit since it was unable to be repaired. He also didn't just say it was leaking but indicated where the leaks were. I really appreciated his attention to detail. Thank you

First tech came out and diagnosed a bad capacitor. Replaced it for $500.. this is already a very high prices but I just wanted it fixed so I paid.

The next day my unit wasn't cooling again.

Another tech comes out and informed me that refrigerant and freon are both low. Her informed me that the previous tech didn't do a thorough diagnostic because there is no way he would have missed that.

Also informed me that my unit was under warranty and I never should have paid for the part!

Still this tech misdiagnosed the problem and cost me $500 that I never should have paid!

Complete waste of the $100 fee for showing up and now I need to find a company to fix this mess while also trying to get my money back for their completed incompetence technically and financially.

Most costly experience in every way.

Gave me a $1500.00 estimate to remove and replace a 50 gal tall electric water heater in a second floor closet (no attic stairs to traverse) that I had purchased online through Lowes (Lowes sent me a link to contact them regarding installation and offered special 'deliver, install and haul away' pricing).

This was a labor only type estimate which did include a new pan, thermal expansion tank and the permit cost.

Oh and I would still have to pick it up and put it upstairs for them to swap it out!...

Nope.

Worst company I've ever done business with. Had new ac installed 9/21. Winter comes and the heat doesn't work so they had to fix that. Now a power surge fried it and have been waiting almost 2 weeks already for a part to come in. So NO ac for 2 weeks already with no clue when this part may come. Don't waste your money like I did. They deserve negative stars.

I usually get frustrated when having to get maintenance on my HVAC system. I haven't always had a good experience. Today, I can say that I had a pleasurable experience with Jeff S. as my technician. He was punctual, nice, and patient as I was late arriving my house. He even let me know I left my garage door open. He was thorough with explaining what was wrong and gave me recommendations with price cost. I was very thankful that ARS sent Jeff S. today. I can't thank him enough. THANK YOU JEFF S.😊

Very professional and explained the situation that was going on within my system. I got a little teary-eyed when the quote was given to me especially being single and living alone.
