Our technician that came to the house was fine. No problems at all with him. The problem was that our appointment was canceled and rescheduled 3 times before they actually showed up. Each time I had scheduled time to be at home and waited for hours for them to show up. Then I would receive a call 30 minutes before the scheduled last appointment to be told they had to reschedule. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time.

Repairman Ashley came out quickly to our home. He assessed the problem and made repairs in less than hour. He was thorough and explained in understandable manner why the system stopped working and what he did to make repairs and/or get it working again. From time I called to report problem and it being satisfactorily taken care of was less than 24 hours. As always, I am very pleased with the services provided by ARS.

Called ARS at 7:30 am on a monday morning. Josh the technician was at my house by 9 am. Did all the work cleaned up and left in about 20 minutes. Will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs!

Leak detection in Mitsubishi Mini Split heat/AC system that we suspected in Dec. 2022 and not repaired yet. A Tech. and a field supervisor along with a trainee were on site, to diagnose the problem. Still not repaired, "central main coils on two heads are leaking, need too order parts"

Joshua was very professional in taking care of our water heater replacement and even helped us add on a component we weren't aware of that will help us make our hot water from a small tank last longer. Stop taking appointments just to have people take off of work for 2-3 or more days and continually cancel. Pushing out for weeks just to get an initial consultation. Right up there with Xfinity and the DMV these people are a bunch of clowns
