The issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes. The technician knew immediately what the issue was. Cleared it and explained how to prevent in the future. Extremely grateful!

The technician was knowledgeable about whst he was doing. He worked hard to find out the problem and corrected it. We were pleased. My tech was Bradly Peagler.
Thank you.

We were told that our full system replacement would come with a one year PROS membership that would cover 2 system inspections for the first year. Apparently there are two levels of this membership, and we were given the level that only covers one inspection. I double checked the purchase receipt, and it isn’t specified. I would have liked to see the specific type of PROS membership that was included spelled out in the purchase agreement. Edit: I will commend ARS customer service for proactively reaching out to address my concerns and make things right.

The air conditioning went out on a rental property recently and I was desperate for help. In less than two days I had an entire A/C system swapped out for a decent price. The group is professional and communicates to keep you in the loop - James Quinton and Derelle EXECUTED. Thanks!

Called after hours with a plumbing emergency. We were told at 2:50pm the tech was at another call then would be to us. At 7:15 we got an text saying the tech was coming but then the tech called and told us he was not coming because it was dark and dangerous to come out. Nobody told us that once it got dark his flashlight stopped working and he wouldn't help us. We have no water and waited 3+ hrs. I'm pretty sure the tech did not want to come on a Sunday and waited until it got dark to call us and bail. Do not expect emergency response for this company.

Had a great experience with ARS... Our A/C quit working and we called them and they were at our home in about an hour on a Saturday afternoon. They found the issue and fixed it in a timely manner.

Jeff came out and reset our heating unit that had gone off due to some problems with the roofing contractors. Fixed the problem in a few minutes. The office was really great to work with setting up the appointment. Will use them in the future

I read a few of the negative reviews and I’m not sure if I just got lucky, but everyone I encountered was especially helpful and professional through the entire process. I had to replace an HVAC system, and I would deal with them again in a heartbeat. Luis, Jarrell, and the install team made dealing with this quick and easy especially when it came to financing options. The install team showed up early and went the extra mile to make sure the work was quality and no eye sores were left over. They even relocated the unit by a few feet so we had some extra patio room. Every question I had was answered directly, and at no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase I wasn’t ready for. I highly reccomend these guys for anything HVAC related.

They're okay but wishy-washy .I highly recommend not getting a new system from A.R.S. rescue rooter.I'm sad to say it but to be honest with you it's been a nightmare .I had to change dealers because of that. But other than that they have been awesome .The last guy who came out here was very respectful to the property .he was also respectful to me and the unit. He was very precise and thorough and I was very happy with the end result .also he was very honest. So you're probably wondering what did they do wrong? well For one according to our carrier dealer. which that's the name brand of the unit . what we bought was a carrier. If you're wondering what the model was .it is a 48 VL 14seer. So it's a gas pack. The dealer said A.R.S. rescue rooter butchered the unit the wires were connected wrong.
however the guy who came out from A.R.S rescue rooter to give us the estimate were very nice and respectful .He was awesome and funny. They just need better quality control. That's it. That's how you can improve .A.R.S. rescue rooter. Also they're not certified by carrier according to carrier's website. I always try to use manufacturer certified dealers. so when I found out that A.R.S. rescue rooter is not certified by carrier anymore. That is when I cut the contract. Also they forgot a p-trap .which is a problem. They could have done a neater job to.

Scott came out almost immediately and worked out a very good deal even though prices have gone up since last year when we bought a HVAC for downstairs. Our upstairs system was 13 years old and wasn't going to last much longer. Scott was very professional and was able to get the installers out in 2 days, on a Saturday. Luke and his co-worker spent about 6 hours installing it upstairs and it is working fine. They did a fine job cleaning up after themselves. If you need a new HVAC system call Scott at ARS Rescue Rooter and I believe you will be very happy with the results.
