ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

Our technician Ashley was on time. He explained everything that he did during our service! Once again ARS has come through! From our installed unit to a plumbing leak to routine ac maintenance….the are amazing!

It’s a really bad air conditioning company, super unprofessional and they doesn’t care about people or customers or even their employees around them, they just care about their own good and their own benefits, they are not flexible and rational with their employees. Expensive prices on all products as well. An advise from me is to find another company for your needs not this one!!!

They put in a whole house water system in five years ago. They told me to have it flushed out every five years. When they came to flush it out they said that couldn’t be done. We would have to have it completely replaced $1,500.00 or taken out for $375.00. Not to happy.

Call ARS because AC was not turning on , Thermostat had message saying not Communicating with unit . Tech came out and said in needed a new controller board and ordered one , Came in a week later replaced it and it did not fix the problem, so then Tech said he Misdiagnosed the problem and it need a Defrost boad , so I call Santee Heating and Air and all it need was a new Thermostat wire to the unit. But when the technician installed the board that the unit did not even need he installed it incorrectly and I had to pay to get that corrected also. If these were the last people available I would go without air conditioner before I would ever call them again.

The ARS personnel Walt and Richard were very friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job. Will definitely use them in the future. I would highly recommend them for your next service

The tech Raul was professional and very knowledgeable. He immediately understood the problem and promptly and courteously fixed it.
He also cleaned up after himself.👍🏼

Josh and Roman performed a tankless water heater flush and checkup. They are very professional and courteous. They explained the process thoroughly and inspected for any leaks, etc. they were very neat with their work and left everything in great shape. Very pleased with both men and their service

ARS/Rescue Rooter came to our house the same day we contacted them, worked within our budget, and began installation the very next day to replace our HVAC system. Everyone from their phone representatives, Linda and Anna, to their comfort advisor, Jerell, to their technician, D.J., were all very personable and answered my multitude of questions. By the end of the next day, our split unit heat pump unit was fully replaced. This was the second home we've used them to replace our HVAC system and would recommend anyone include them when looking for estimates. Good work and great service at a fair price.

Raul was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed/replaced several things in a timely manner. Would definitely use again and request him for the job.
