In short. ARS provided quality work and a level of professionalism that I haven't seen in the past. I would highly recommend ARS and plan to use them again in the future.

In February of 2023 our primary heating system broke on a Sunday. Having an infant we were concerned and called several places to come out and repair the furnace. We called at least 5 places but only ARS responded and had a technician at our home within a few hours.

Jim Cyr came to our home and did an initial assessment of the furnace. He explained to me that the furnaces heating exchanger was cracked and explained the issue in detail. He even showed me with the machine apart and explained that this needed to be replaced.

Since the furnace was over 30 years old it was time to replace it. We had a secondary unit in the attic that was still partially working but also needed to be replaced. We figured what better time than now to replace them both.

Jim went above... and... beyond... explaining each option, each configuration and provided us with extensive documentation for each system. We decided to go with two new high efficiency units. One in the attic and one in the basement with the corresponding ac condensers located outside.

Jim was here for several hours explaining everything to us and put everything into a contract for us to review. When we asked how soon can this be done Jim responded, "We can be here tomorrow if you would like." Just awesome.

Jim's team lead by Christopher Bannister came on site right at 8am and started with the basement unit. They removed the existing equipment and installed the new unit and had it up and running same day. The attention to detail and level of quality was amazing. They also installed new thermostats and Co2 detectors next to each unit. They removed the old ac foundations, applied new gravel and new plates. Looks amazing!

The next day the team returned to tackle the attic system. They put down blankets to protect the wood floors, they made sure everything else was protected and left zero trace behind. I was truly impressed by the level of quality and speed that they were able to get everything done. In two days they were able to install 2 new furnaces and 2 new ac condensers.

Compared to the old systems... It is night and day. Quieter, more efficient and I have to admit, I am now a fan of the google nest and google protect systems they installed. We are very happy with this investment and cannot thank ARS enough for what they have done for us. They even scheduled a follow up onsite "ac startup" to ensure the ac's are working properly. Excellent customer service and quality installation.

My central air stopped working right before I was about to leave on vacation in the middle of the summer for 2 weeks. I was able to get a service appointment quickly and before my departure, the technician came over on time, diagnosed the issue on the outdoor unit and fixed it within 5 minutes, and it was far cheaper than I was anticipating (to my immense relief). Other techs may very well have told me that I needed to replace the entire unit, and I would have been none the wiser. I am grateful for the quick, efficient, and affordable service, and now the house is nice and cool again, and the A/C will work when I get home to a mid-July house from my trip. I would highly recommend ARS to anyone.

They were able to cone the same day I called. The tech was even a few minutes early. He was knowledgeable & helpful. The company made it easy to sign up for a service plan so I will never have the same problem again. Their service plan is helpful, covers all I would want. & helps me save money.

They did a wonderful job installing our water heater. Very respectful of our time and property, efficient and job was done exceptionally well in tight quarters. They recommended moving the location of new water heater which will provide added space for the washer machine and their suggestion will allow us a full size washing machine instead of a compact unit. Would highly recommend.

I’m writing a second review because I wanted to single out John, who called to get my info and give me the estimate. First of all, he called back within ten minutes of my request for service. He was so unbelievably polite and accommodating to the fact that I had no idea what I was dealing with. He walked me through everything I needed to photograph, informed me that, due to some of the work done in my basement by previous owners, the setup of my water heater was no longer to code. He helped me figure out solutions and assured me that everything would be fixed and to code by the time they left. I cannot thank him enough for turning a stressful situation into something positive. John deserves a medal!
In writing my second review, it deleted my first review… so… Derek and Rich came to my house to replace my water heater. They were happy to be there, polite and very professional. The job was done much quicker than originally projected and they even walked around the house to assess and point out any ways to fix or improve some other things I needed done. Thank you Derek and Rich!

Technician arrived, cleaned each of the mini-split indoor units, checked pressures and cleaned the outdoor unit, tested the condensation pump in the cellar confirming water was pumping to outside. He seemed methodical, answered my questions. I gave him a check. Happy it's done.

Rich and Derek are awesome. My hot water heater/tank blew out and they were able to come out essentially next day to switch it out with a tankless. 10/10 would recommend for quality, speed, and friendliness.

Kyle Belliveau provided a thorough evaluation of my unit's furnace and AC compressor, confirming replacement is needed. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions regarding the estimate given and scheduled service efficiently. Once again, I'm glad to have ARS nearby!

Best company I have ever called for help! Starting with my first point of contact -John from ARS-he was patient, professional and pleasant to talk to about my situation. I was able to buy a new water heater and set up the installation during that first call.

Matt, clearly an Expert Plumber, and his fantastic apprentice Mike- went above and beyond for me. The initial hot water heater that was to replace my broken one ended up being damaged and couldn’t be installed- of course it was also the last one in that size. They tried to fix it but when they couldn’t they spent the time to find a new water heater that would work in the small space I have. They answered all my questions and were professional and kind from start to finish. I would recommend this company and this instillation team specifically to anyone needing Plumbing repairs.

Rich and Derek arrived only a few hours after I requested service. Both were friendly and very professional. They went right to work as soon as they arrived and completed the job in about an hour, maybe less. I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am with the whole experience, from my first contact with John to the installation of my new water heater. All in the same day!
