If I could give 20 stars to Angel I would. Pleasant, informative, technically knowledgeable, and all that you want from a repairman! Showed up on time, fixed the problem, explained it well, had the parts on the truck…so thankful for heat and hot water. And on the weekend no less!

Install crew Aaron, and Devin did an awesome job, nice clean work. I've been in the trades my whole life and have seen messy work, and clean work. They did an excellent job. A+

I signed up to tune service my two furnaces through Home Depot where the rate was advertised as $99 per unit and I had a $10 off coupon. The total was supposed to be $188. Home Depot contracted the service to ARS of Boston and the guy who came tried to overcharge me and make me write a check for a higher amount. After insisting that the rate was $99 per unit, he gave a call to ARS and accepted a physical check which he made me write to Home Depot for $188. To my surprise ARS has submitted an electronic debit to my bank instead with my check information for a DIFFERENT AMOUNT than the amount I made the check out for which is technically fraud and my bank account was debited for $305. ARS service manager tells me the bank made an error and refuse to investigate which means he is endorsing what happened and is probably aware of this fraudulent practice as he doesn’t seem to care. The guy who came to service also took less than 5 minutes at each furnace which makes me wonder whether he actually did anything at all besides just opening, taking a glance and then just closing it. I’m told that he has logged the time as 50 mites at the site when I mentioned this to ARS while on the phone but he was in the van for more than half an hour trying to fill some forms on an iPad saying the reception was poor in the house and was not even inside the house for more than 20 minutes. I now have serious doubts about both the service person and ARS company. I even requested a quote to replace my water heater from ARS but would not feel comfortable going through with it or even to book future furnace and air conditioning tune up services through Home Depot if ARS is the only company Home Depot contracts with.

BUYER BEWARE: UPDATE #2: just got off the phone with Megan who saw this post and wanted to speak with me only to reiterate that it is their policy not to provide a breakdown of charges. In fact, they have not provided this to their customers in “20 years”. So in other words, it is their policy not to give their customers visibility into what they are paying for. Which is fine, if that’s what their policy is - I only wish we knew that before they came out here and we paid them $149 to not fix our shower. So like I said- BE WARNED!! Update- just learned that they do not provide a breakdown of charges. I just paid $149 for them to tell us that they need to charge us a total of $800 to fix our leaking shower faucet or leave it exactly the way they found it- Still leaking. I chose to not allow them to conduct the repair bc they said they won’t provide a breakdown of the charges (bc if they provided a breakdown of the parts it would require them to charge taxes- so what?!?! I would be the one paying the charges anyway!) Actually the leak is even worse than before. BUYER BEWARE!!

Used this company last year for a major repair on my Heating System (we have steam heat) Since I have used them whenever I need any service. They are Professional, Courtesy, Efficient and above all very knowledgeable. If you need any type of service, AC,Any type of Heating System and any plumbing needs, you will not be disappointed with the results. Today they came and did regular maintenance for the winter. Very easy to make an appointment. Called last week about mid week and will let you know what time they are coming via a text message. They will also call you if anything has changed with your appointment. Found these. Ice people thru Home Depot. First plumber came to look at furnace, he could not do the major repairs necessary. He recommended this Company and dice have been very impressed with their work. 24 hour service 7days a week. Very cost efficient and will not bankrupt you

Jim came early and was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my furnace power cycling issue, and was very thorough giving recommendations.
