ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

Austin M., the ARS Boston technician arrived on time to perform an annual A/C tuneup. He did an excellent job in providing this service and making some suggestions.

The problem with the a/c took several visits. Finally, Angel was able to resolve the matter. Receiving follow-up calls was a continual issue.

They came quickly when the problem first appeared. They were reasonable and professional and did an excellent job. No complaints at all. I'm a repeat customer.

Service was prompt, technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my issue at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use them again.

I was stressed about my heating system poor performance but the minute Jim Cyr arrived at my home, he immediately identified the problem and recommended an immediate solution. Jim is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I’ve already recommended 2 of my client for their HVA to Jim Cyr!

This started as a one-star review shown below - but ARS manager called me Monday morning at 7am and apologized for the miscommunication. They were out Monday and diagnosed the issue, and back the next day with parts to fix it. Great tech explained what he was doing as he fixed problem. Excellent experience.

Called ARS this morning at 9:30 for a no-heat service call. They were really nice and responsive, scheduled the call for today 10am-6pm, confirmed by email - and never showed. It will be 21 degrees overnight. When I called at 4:00 (and waited an hour and five minutes on hold) the rep told me they might come tomorrow??!! Wish I hadn't tried a company I never heard of.

Able to come the same day. Performed diagnostic inspection, determined the issue. New part was ordered and installed 3 days later. Great service. Nice crew!!!

The men arrived at the time specified. They were courteous and
respectable. They worked the entire time and were very professional. When they completed the job, they left the area clean. I highly recommend them.

I needed a blower motor for my central air unit and nobody could find the part, called are and they've found it! So happy and can't wait for them to install it...
