Scott M. came out to clean our very neglected mini splits and did a fantastic job. Great explanations and tips on how to keep them clean and clear of mold. Prices on their sale periods are very reasonable as well.

Needed a whole house water filter installed. I tried having a friend do it but there was leaks so I ended up in an emergency where I had no water in my house. I called Jamie Babin from ARS and he sent a crew right away to inspect the job the same day and they completed the install the next morning it was finished by 9:30am. Professional, punctual, master plumber . Never need any other company . Worth every penny to have a worry free job done. Thanks to Eric Murphy the Master Plumber.

The primary differentiator for me was the experience that took place during the consultation prior to the installation of the water heater. The gentleman who came to my property was knowledgeable, honest, and provided valuable information that was incredibly helpful.

That said, I went through the process of receiving a few quotes from different service providers and there are definitely cheaper options if that's what you value.

My system started malfunctioning early this morning, I called and made an appointment first thing in the morning. Whiting 1-1:30hr he was here. William was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. The issue was fix in 30 min or so. Definitely recommend.

ARS was able to come the very next day after my call. Jim was very pleasant and took the time to check out a heating vent that wasn’t supplying heat. He gave me a fair and honest quote on a new gas furnace installation. I will certainly use his business in the future.

Booked via Angi's List (now just Angi), ARS gave me a call back within 5 minutes even though it was a Saturday, and scheduled a call on Monday. The tech responding to the call was helpful but had trouble getting up into our attic (it's tight access). Called another tech who arrived the next day and got the system working again in maybe 15 minutes. Communication from ARS was awesome both on when techs would be there (and when they couldn't get a second tech out immediately), and on cost of the service. The tech who got the system working again was also great about the state of the system after resolving the issue and what next steps would cost if we had further issues. Would highly recommend!
