ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

Our heat stopped working overnight so we called ARS based on the positive online reviews and the fact that we could call 24-7. Our technician Jim Cyr arrived at the beginning of the window that they had given me for the appointment that day. He was very thorough in making sure any potential issue was addressed. Our heat was up and running safely within 6 hrs of my call that morning. I trusted that Jim was honest and thorough and the value of the service felt very fair. We would definitely recommend and use this company again.

The initial response by ARS was timely even though our water heater failed on a Sunday. The installation team (Rich and Matt) arrived Monday morning. They were very personable and yet, also, very professional. From the time of their arrival, to offer an estimate, until the completion of the installation was about 3 hours, and this required them to leave and return with the new water heater. Their craftsmanship appears to be exceptional and much tidier than the previous plumbing into our old water heater. The only surprise was that the exact water heater model we anticipated (tall) was not what was installed (short). However, there may have been technical reasons for this and there was, virtually, no differential in cost between the two models.

From the first phone call to quote to services ARS provide, it was a pleasurable and professional experience. The techs that came to our home, Aaron, Cody and Jay were knowledgeable and courteous and answered any and all questions I had. Great work. 👍

I had a great experience with ARS! They were very accommodating to my schedule (and reschedules!) and the technician who helped me, Sheldyn, was professional + knowledgeable. He explained different components of my AC system and answered all my questions thoroughly. I'll definitely be using ARS again in the fall for Heating Inspection and Tune Up!

The installation of my Lenox A/C and Furnace went perfectly with Cody and Dylan’s attention to detail and perfection.
Two cracks in my heat exchange were pointed out to me by them which I was not aware of, so I decided to replace the 22 year old furnace now rather than have the gas turned off and wait till the fall to do the replacement.
I am so very happy with the quality of service that this company provides and it shows through to their employees dedication to provide the best quality of service possible.

Very responsive, thorough, and professional. Scott took the time to clearly explain the services he performed, making helpful recommendations throughout. The communications from the front office were excellent: they let me know exactly when they would be arriving, who was coming, etc.

We have used ARS for over 15 years both for installing our AC system and for annual maintenance and check-ups. Their technicians are always friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable - able to answer any questions we have.

Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me every step of the way with great detail and answered all questions I had. They were very respectful and considerate of my time and schedule and worked with me around it, even going above and beyond! They cleaned up everything nicely and completed the job quickly.
He even answered questions I had about possible future projects I may use the company for!

TERRIBLE, your tech came with such a negative attitude. The minute he saw how old and the system I had he moaned. He said I don't even think I can get these units let alone do you know how much work this will be to install. Especially where your on the second floor. He said it would cost me over 12,000 dollars. And that's only if I can get the unit. Funny how he can quote me a price without even looking up the unit. Then I told him my neighbor replaced hers last year no problem and the building next store to replaced 10 of then. So he said he would ho to his car and look it up then come back with the estimate. He comes back big smile and says I have good news and bad news. Good news I can get the unit,bad news it won't be till August and I need a $3800 dollar down payment. My neighbor paid $ 8000 for hers. YOUR GUY WAS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF !!!!! Never would I recommend your company let alone a service guy with such a negative and depressing attitude. Sorry I bothered you
