I cannot recommend this company enough. Every single employee we encountered was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. And they were the only company who gave us a quote whom our dog loved. Dogs always know the good ones! A whole home install took only a week. Our house was left spotless at the end of each day. We are very impressed and thankful!

I am a long time customer for many years now. This is why I am so disappointed! Had a part installed on my 5yr old central a/c unit. First off, the tech that came to diagnose what was wrong the week before was very knowledgeable in his work but was very rude. I complained to the manager and was told that tech was overwhelmed with his workload and it was very hot that day. A week later a different tech came to install the part that was ordered. Old part was removed and new part installed. Tech left a mess in the attic. Cut wires, zip ties, foam that he cut from the pipes and left the tray full of water in the attic. Very unprofessional. We had to clean up after him. That’s not nice at all. Usually this company gets a 5 Star review from us but this time I would give it 1 Star. The manager did give me a good deal on the thermostat that had to be replaced but still not enough for me to have to get up into the attic and clean up after one tech and get attitude from another! This all being said, I hope the managers read this review and train their techs. Like I said I have been a customer for many years and this is the first time that have been totally disappointed! Can’t Blair the company for 2 workers!

We had some central AC problems for this visit. Unfortunately there was some sticker shock to the repair cost. But ARS is always available by phone, they set up fast appointments including same day for emergencies.

Again we got hit hard today (monetarily) but have used ARS several times in the past and they continue to be our go-to for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Great team very professional and compassionate. Answers all my questions and understand the problem that I was having with the Central AC system. The price was affordable in comparison with order estimates. ARS placed a new central Ac system for us. We are satisfied with their work. I will hire them in the future and recommend them.

Jaimie the salesman walked me through his design plan and we ordered the installation of Central Air with a new furnace. He made me feel very comfortable and confident with the products and placement . Anthony Scott and Nate worked very hard all day to install the new system. They’re knowledge and attention to detail we’re above all expectations. When they finished it was as if no one had been there. Great clean work. The price was extremely reasonable and I received exactly what I was promised when I ordered.

Aaron and Cody did an excellent job today. Aaron answered all of my questions and explained so I understood. It was a pleasure, as usual, to have ARS work on our system. That's why we keep coming back! Couldn't ask for better!

I had a new central air unit put in last summer and this was a courtesy call to do a check up. I have used ARS several times. They are always responsive. The people who come are always nice and answer any questions I may have. I feel comfortable using them and recommending them.

We had a new central Air system installed. They were excellent from consult to job finish. They were extremely professional. They were always on time, patient with all of our questions and left zero mess. Couldn’t recommend this company enough! They are amazing! Consider using them for your HVAC needs!

Both service men were on time, friendly, and very considerate of my property. They explained the process and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. They both cleaned up and even took the box from the new tank. Rich came in and went over billing with me thoroughly and friendly while explaining everything I needed to know in detail. They are welcome to come back and do any job I may have in the future.

Austin was our technician and he was great. Polite, explained everything and took the time to speak to my son on the phone as well to answer a few questions.
