Very quick response.. Kyle showed up when he said he would & was on time.. very friendly honest and up front as my old system was over 25 years old and finally kicked the bucket šŸ¤£šŸ¤£. Chris, mike, nate installed my new system was fast & in the time frame that was said it been doneā€¦ they even picked up after them selves and made sure very everything was neat and looking A+ā€¦ I have had plumbers in the past leave buckets and tools and just messing unprofessionalā€¦ deff be calling you guys whenever we have an issue in the future plumbing and hvac needs we willl be calling!!!

So I understand when a small mom and pop shop get too busy to respond and provide quotes in a expeditious manor.

Now I guess a company can get too big to provide proper customer care.

ARS is that too big to care.

If your lucky you will get the service the 5 star folks have left

Twice I've used this company for an aging system. Both times they immediately came and fixed the issue. They have been extremely professional and helpful. I've since signed up with them to do my annual maintenance. Very happy with service.

Polite informative, changes from old tank were explained as too why, very neat cleaning up after as well as during install. etc. Both men made not having hot water, as quick a fix as possible. When done, before asking for payment, they explained all asking if I had any questions, I did, they were very helpful. These two guys do their job with a smile, most welcome.

So, I bought and installed an alpine boiler from ARS in 2019. Brand new, mind you but had problems out of it almost immediately. Called ARS several times, they came out but the problem persisted. It was very frustrating, always being chargedwith nothing resolved. Traveled a lot out of the country during the past winters so I did not follow up again until this winter. Finally decided to call ARS and the Alpine boiler company before reporting to BBB! Austin McNamee from ARS showed up, and on time. Very professional, polite, responsive to all of my questions and was dedicated to finding out what was going on with the unit. He was very empathetic too and truly went out of his way to do a good job. Finally, he did solve the problem with help from tech support x2šŸ‘šŸ¾. I really appreciate him and would encourage you to ask for him by name should you need a knowledgeable technician to help solve your alpine needs! Thank you!

We had an air conditioner/ heating ductless system installed and it hasn't worked right in the 6 years we've had it. ARS has been out here every year to service it because every year it stops working. When it was installed it was known that the tubing had cracks in it. The tubing was replaced but it still has leaks. Last year we had to pay another company to come out and put refrigerant in the system because it still has a leak. ARS has not fixed the problem in 6 years and I currently have no air conditioning or heat in my unit.

Update, they came back out twice in the past week 4/2023 to fix the system. As of today it works great. I will wait till next year or prior to determine if it still has leaks. Thank you for standing by your product and service.

Service Tech Sheldyn arrived promptly- very knowledgeable- and professional. Educated me on the Heat Pump I now have. I have never had one - just needed someone to come and check it make sure it was all properly working. Definitely recommend!

Our thermostat stopped working last weekend and the heat in our house wouldn't kick on so I called ARS and Scott arrived on time a few hours after I called. He figured out that our thermostat needed to be replaced and had my husband grab one at the local store and explained how to install it. He was super knowledgeable and extremely nice. I'll be calling them for any future heating issues we have.

My appointment was from 8 to 10am and the guy showed up at 11:02am. He started listing fees and services we did not schedule for on our ac unit. Poor communication on scheduling and very sketchy throwing overpriced services. I would not recommend and I had to ask him to leave. I would not trust this company.
