We have been using Quarry Hills since 2018. I can’t count how many times I have called in state of panic over some HVAC issue. The ladies who answer the phones are CALM, PROFESSIONAL AND SMART…and the HVAC technicians are ABSOLUTE GENIUSES! Our HVAC issues are complicated and these guys never give up! This winter our entire furnace and water heater system had to be replaced. Bill, the owner and his team helped us make a plan that was PERFECT for our budget and our home. The installation was done ON TIME and ON BUDGET! We were informed of everything that was happening and they answered all of our questions with PATIENCE and a smile!! I swear they are a bunch of HVAC SUPERHEROES!

My furnace wasn’t firing. I called, within 45 mins someone was here. He was excellent & had it up in running in no time. I couldn’t be happier with his service. Definitely an asset to the company.

Quarry Hills helped us convert from a dirty expensive oil furnace to a clean efficient gas furnace. They were on schedule, on budget and a good crew to work with. Always able to answer any questions and went above and beyond to provide a good experience. Looking forward to working with them again soon!

Bill the owner responded within a half an hour in a Sunday to help my Mom with her AC. He diagnosed the issue quickly and performed a short term repair to allow us to use the AC until he was able to find a control board because our system is older.
Once he found the board he sent out Jon the technician and he was great with my Mother who is older and was very thorough. I was at work and he called me when he was done to tell me everything was working properly. I would recommend Bill and his company to all my friends.

Quarry Hills was quick to respond and got us on their schedule for service the next day. We had water leaking from our ceiling due to the AC. They assessed and addressed the issue quickly

Cannot say enough about Quarry Hills. Great customer service, wonderful technicians who came to my house quickly, diagnosed the problem then worked their magic to get my AC back up and running. Michelle and everyone I dealt with were professional, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and finish the job quickly. Thank you!!!

Called Bill, owner, who took my call while driving and immediately scheduled his technicians for the afternoon. Tim and Cory called to confirm time and arrived right on time. My heater isn't working. and the person on the phone said he would be "a while". Which would be fine, I merely wanted to know the nature of the wait. I politely asked how long it would be, and he was exceptionally rude and dismissive.

"Text me your number, and when I am done with the ones in front of you, I will get to you if I have time" (read as dismissive and irritated as possible). That's a direct quote.

I have a toddler in the house and just needed to know if a while meant an hour or 4. Apparently that's too much to ask for this guy.
