ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

Plumbing pipe burst behind wall of ground floor toilet. VERY professional and knowledgeable servicemen today, Jan. 7, 2023.. and we will definitely recommend to others here at 130 number building complex. Job done in less than allotted time for reasonable pricing. Happy campers.

The guy basically told me I had no choice, needed a new gas furnace. I’m not so sure I needed a new one since this one is very loud and scary!!! It bangs so loud when it kicks on, bangs while it’s running, bangs when it turns off and bangs when it’s not doing anything. I don’t understand how this is energy efficient either I have not saved a penny on gas or electric.

It's a real pleasure dealing with ARS from their initial visit to installation & follow up visits or calls. They installed new heating system on zone 3, replaced air-handlers on other 2 zones & Nest Thermostats, plus all necessary duck, electric work. Great team!

I needed to do an hvac yearly checkup on a short notice for a reasonable price and ARS accomplished just that. Highly recommend - professional and good price.

I waited 3 hours and then received a phone call that they would not be able to make it that day. Next day was an arrival time between 7 and 11am. Never received a call and I called at 11 to find out he was in the next town and I was next on his schedule. He arrived at 12:30 pm. I waited for over 8 hours. Totally unacceptable.

The service representative was Bill he was wonderful. He knew exactly what needed to b done and completed service in less than an hour. He Explained things to me and didn’t try to pull a fast one and tell me something needed to be replaced when it did not (I’ve had problems with other businesses trying this in the past). very happy and pleased with the service and the area he serviced was cleaned up I will continue to use their service and will use ARS for A/C this spring

ARS was helpful, responsive and professional. Prices are reasonable and the representatives we worked with were awesome! Would definitely work with them again.

Well organized company. Calls were promptly returned and the team came the next day to assess the repair need. Helped getting the required part via manufactures warranty.
Pricey, though…

ARS put in 2 HVAC systems in my house. Guys were professional, respectful and completed the job quickly. Would highly recommend.
