Worst company ever. Highly recommend you STAY AWAY from these people! I had a new unit installed October 2022. The guys who installed it checked the heat, left their trash, and never tested the cool air. Now I am 5 calls in with these people still having issues with the cool air that they initially tried to get me to pay for. Absolute worse company ever. They scheduled me tried to cancel the SAME day. They schedule me from 12pm-5pm had a lady call at 4:30pm saying the technician was on his way and never showed up, didn’t even get a call. Again STAY AWAY from this company. The owner of this company should be ashamed of how bad work is done.

I would like to applaud the technician that came out today and a little over a week ago to repair our Unit that was having issues. He was very professional and went over and beyond to make sure our new units were fixed properly. He stayed til 11:30pm the first trip made and had to return to replace a board in the unit due to damaging while repairs were being done. He is a good asset to your company and showed dedication. Five stars to the technician.

The techs are absolutely fantastic. However, the dispatch and scheduler is a absolute joke.

We had a complete system installed in November and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. I feel as if now that we have the unit installed maintaining it and keeping it running is not a priority with scheduling and dispatch. Every time the techs come here they do their best but it’s not long and there’s another issue.

Where do I start, I've had two new hvac systems installed and this has been the worst experience. After 5 different technicians over the past 2 months, they still can't get it right. I'm on a zoning system and now when I turn on main level thermostat, the base vents blow. No one wants to take the time and redo the duct work that the original installer completed. I'm ready to have them come take these units and find someone else. After spending 17K, you expect to get what you paid for. The last techs said is was a bad zoning box, replace the old one and left a whole in my wall. Ridiculous!!. No one knows what they're doing. I hope whoever reads this thinks twice about using them and Home depot should remove them as a vendor.

HORRIBLE! We got a new unit less than 2 years ago and paid over $10,000 for it and have had at least 3 issues with it not working since. Currently, we have not had any air-conditioning in almost a week and they have come out 3 times to "fix it". The first time they told us it froze up and to give it until the next day and they would be back... they did not come back the next day. Then, the day afterwards they came and told us it was the circuit board and they would have to order it and it would be the following day... the following day, there was ANOTHER PART they needed and it won't be until the NEXT day AGAIN!! This is ridiculous. We have someone who has heart problems, animals, and a toddler living here and the temperature has been around 90 degrees during the day. They can't even get us a window unit or something during this whole thing. Worst company ever. Never use them.

Sales was very nice. But, once I paid them same day of sales things went spiraling downhill. My AC went out Friday. I needed it asap due to health conditions. I was given a date of the very next day, a Saturday. I was called and told they didn’t have the AC I wanted and they failed to get me the package. They failed to reserve the equipment. I was feeling faint all weekend from heat and humidity. They came out and installed Monday. The install went very well. I hand it to the installers. But, when I was signing off on the receipt they again failed to type the correct AC unit and tonnage. I’m attempting to receive a lower electric bill. I can receive a discount for a new AC. How can I do that properly with the wrong info on my receipt? I did demand a discount due to a late install. That’s all. You’re playing poker with these companies. Be cautious. The salesman gave me a high price. You must talk them down. The economy doesn’t warrant inflated prices.

Yesterday we were suffering in our home with 90 degree heat in every room..today basking in 72 degree cool refreshing air conditioned comfort. The change in our lives is due to ARS Rescue Rooter of Georgia. Yesterday, after a quick phone call, we were visited by Edwin Daniel who made a detailed assessment of our home and current HVAC system. It became readily apparent that our 23 year old system was deceased! Damian walked us through of various replacements options, pricing, ARS guarantees of workmanship and equipment, financing choices etc. Then he indicated the new Rheem system of choice, could be installed tomorrow morning in about 6 hours. We went forward. After a hot, hot night, morning came and with it, Johan Williams and Tai Mak. After introductions and a brief overview of their mission, they went to work. Both Johan and Tai were extremely knowledgeable and shared their expertise when asked. They were very professional and highly skilled and made a hot, difficult job look easy. They made a great team. After a flawless install they walked us through all of the systems functions to ensure we knew how the new system worked. Two follow up phone calls from ARS asking how things went, let us know there is a ARS quality team standing behind every job. So, in less than 48 hours, ARS gave us a high quality, cost effective solution to our problem. Thanks again to our three new friends.

They came a little before the scheduled time and were very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. Removal and installation of my unit was done within 4 to 5 hrs. Great job!

We had 2 new HVAC units installed in 2020 , spent more than 13k on Rheem units. Had issues next year, motor stopped working for downstairs unit. They replaced it. Again capacitor stopped working. Had to pay extra for it. Now Upstairs AC unit stopped working. Technician came out and charged $90 to figure out. Now they said part is ordered. But they don't know when they will receive it. From past 3 weeks, it is terribly hot and humid. Should have considered local company instead of going by brand name like Home depot.

I am very disappointed in the services I received from ARS (who was contracted with Lowes for the install of my HVAC).

(1) Installation of the incorrect HVAC system: Sold on Carrier HVAC system; a dual unit and a new furnace and air handler. Rheem brand HVAC and furnace and air handle, single motor unit was installed. This took several calls to address. Once the installation team arrived to replace the HVAC with the Carrier brand with dual motor, we were informed the installers were missing parts. While the technicians were working on what they could while awaiting arrival of the needed parts, one technician stopped wearing his foot coverings and dragged dirt all over our beige carpet that we had just had cleaned. When we asked him to put them back on and pointed out the issue, he was nonchalant. We had to go to his supervisor with this issue. We were promised compensation for carpet cleaning ($125) but have yet to receive compensation as of July 3, 2023. Upon installation of the correct HVAC (Carrier brand), that evening the air conditioner stopped working - it wouldn’t cool down. We called out to ARS to take a look and we were informed there were issues with the installation that required additional intervention. One week later after the supposed “fixing” of the issue, the air conditioner is not working again and there was condensation on one of the air vents. We called ARS and a technician came out who did not properly fix the issue. When calling ARS back to get another technician out, the “supervisor” that addressed the call was not helpful in getting a technician out. The manager called us back to explain we would be getting a more experienced senior technician the next day to re-assess the issue. The senior technician arrived today and spent hours triaging the issue. A new thermostat was placed and he found that the brand new air handler that was installed was broken (Cool air was not being pushed to the rest of the floor). They must now order a new blower from the manufacturer.

(2) Multiple calls were placed into fixing the black box that was installed improperly as no notes were left on my file regarding the initial installation issues. One technician l came out and duck taped it together which was not okay given the exposure of the wiring inside presented a fire hazard. After talking with several upper management, we finally got someone out to replace the box.

The lack of communication, the frustrations of having conflicting information from the company and technicians (there were multiple times the technicians would contradict the work of previous technicians from the same company), various technicians coming out with missing parts and information, lack of professionalism, and general lack of consistency of the knowledge of HVAC repairs amongst the technicians, all while dealing with being pregnant and having a newborn (a job that should have been done before my delivery and not take over 2 months to get right) is why I do not recommended this company to anyone and why I have submitted this complaint.
