    Our morning began by realizing we had no hot water. We called Limrik based upon past positive experience. We were quickly scheduled for a technician to come to our home . They even sent a photo and his qualifications. Tommy G. arrived within 1.5 hours of our call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered options for repairing and replacing our aging gas water heater. We opted for a new water heater which was quickly delivered and installed. We had a new water heater within 3.5 hours of our initial call. Tommy was professional and efficient in his work. Will definitely use Limric for future plumping needs.

    I awoke to a cold shower and called LimRic before 7 AM. I received a call back shortly after their office opened at 7:30. They scheduled a plumber to come to the house between 9:00 and 10:00 the same day. The plumber, Jonathan, arrived at my house around 9:30 and by 12:30 I had a new hot water heater installed and operational! Jonathan did a fabulous job! I had a hot shower this morning. I was so impressed with the immediate service! LimRic is a great plumbing company!

    I can't say enough about your expert drain technician, Ryan Norris. We were expecting to pay through the nose for same day/emergency service, but when he showed us the initial quote, we were shocked and gave authorization to proceed right away. He took the time to explain the inspection and repair process prior to beginning any work. He also took the time to explain to us everything that he was doing and seeing to determine the cause of the clog and the cleaning. Ryan presented us information on LimRic's Comfort Club, which we happily signed up for. He explained to us all of the benefits and discounts associated with the plan. If Ryan Norris is a representation of the rest of your associates and technicians, we definitely look forward to a long relationship with LimRic.

    Our HVAC motor and blade went out and we were without AC for several days. I was using another company and it was going to be several days for the parts to come in (we would be out of AC for 8+ days), but I called LimRic and they saved the day! Lee and Clarence were wonderful and Victoria did a great job managing everything from a logistics perspective. They diagnosed and repaired within 48 hours! I previously used LimRic for years at my old home and will go return back to them now that they've yet again provided exceptional value at my new home!

    We had a fantastic experience with our hvac installers. They were absolutely wonderful. Hard to rate a good value given the cost but I cannot say enough good things about the guys who installed our system.

    Ryan addressed ALL of my plumbing needs and was able to fix all of those in one day that didn't need new parts ordered. He was able to order my parts, return and install them within a week.
    Sometimes life is difficult living in the country, and when Ryan recommended theComfort Club, I realized that it would save me money in the long run. I can now rest easy knowing my plumbing/air/sewer/hot water/and pool needs can be fixed by one dependable company. Thank you!

    Trey W. came to do my home inspection and fix the flapper in a toilet. He did a great job. He was very helpful and patient with me as I ask questions. He shared with me information to help with the upkeep of my water heater and water shut off. He is very knowledgeable. He deserves 5 stars!!!

    Ashley was amazing. However, even after his good work, we're still struggling to keep the temperature anywhere near our thermostat setting. I'm not sure the right problem was addressed to fix the root cause.

    What seemed like a great experience turned into a nightmare!
    The techs are very friendly, so are the office staff. However, friendliness doesn't matter if they can't correctly diagnose a problem and that causes you to pay for multiple repairs. It took 3 techs 3 visits to get the correct diagnosis, after spending almost $700. Now they're saying it'll be almost $600 more to fix it.
    No thanks!
    Pro tip: when a customer tells you they've done extensive research into the issue, do NOT try to gaslight them into thinking they are dumb. Also, if someone asks, "is there ANY chance this might have happened?", saying "oh no, not at all" is probably not the most honest response.

    Do yourself a favor and scroll past these guys.

    LimRic did an amazing job with our AC today! Our technician Jason was extremely knowledgeable and professional and knew exactly how to fix our issue. He went above and beyond by returning to our home when I had a concern after hours. Jason was super kind and professional through the entire process which is such a rarity these days! Thank you Jason and LimRic for your excellent customer service!!!
