I had a clogged kitchen sink and was unable to clear it myself. I called LimRic and they were able to dispatch Jonathan to my residence within a couple of hours. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and what it would cost. He explained he would try the least invasive and expensive method to unclog my drain first and then move to the next if that was unsuccessful. I would only pay for what worked, so costs were not cumulative. He successfully unclogged the drain and the cost was extremely reasonable. He also replaced a rusted out nut as a courtesy. I highly recommend LimRic if you have a clogged drain.

Spent time assessing the units and servicing them. We’re very clear in explaining their recommendations for add ins to help units work more efficiently and extend their lifespan. Showed photos of all parts added. Best maintenance visit I have ever had from your company.

Very responsive and replaced our AC fast. From when the original technician came out to assess the problem to when we had a new AC installed was 24 hours. Would recommend highly to anyone in a bind.

We had to buy a new hvac system and from start to finish, this company was fair, professional, and caring. We had been without heat for a couple of weeks and we were scheduled very quickly for the installation. Our installation techs were Doug and Andrew. They were phenomenal! They were on time, hardworking, personable and professional. It was a 2 day install that could’ve been 3 days but they worked and worked to get it done in 2. I highly recommend this team and Doug and Andrew for install!

We would highly recommend this company. They came out right away for a plumbing issue and we were so grateful for the excellent service. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. We really appreciate his expertise and he fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.

Technician Brian did a plumbing inspection. He took pictures and explained everything throughly. He was on time- early actually. He was courteous and patient. Only thing I could ask was for a cheaper invoice (he actually did a few repairs that he could bundle and saved me some money)

From the very beginning of my encounter with Scott coming out to diagnose the MANY things wrong with the initial install by a general contractor, to the install crew and ultimate follow-up visit, my experience was flawless. Scott was very thorough in his inspection, very thoughtful in his recommendations and explained everything in detail and answered my questions putting my mind at ease with the work that had to be redone. My gut told me to trust him and I am very happy that I did! When the day came for the install crew to do their thing, they got right down to business. Scott came along in the morning to show them what needed to be done, then Paul, Dominic, Whit and Andy literally transformed my system to a beautifully done re-installation. They actually created a more efficient design, everything was clean and streamlined, and the best part is that for the FIRST TIME since I have owned my home, my air was BALANCED. Both sides of the house maintain the same temperature, I can feel the air flow in ALL rooms and I feel safe knowing that the work was done CORRECTLY! It was so refreshing to see a company with employees who CARE about their quality of work and customer satisfaction. These guys stayed and worked the entire day, a little into the evening to ensure everything was complete and working. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and then showed me the work and explained what was done. The work is so "pretty" that every time I have to go in my attic for anything, I smile to see it. I cannot say enough good about them, so I will end by stating I would recommend this company without reservation!
