We had a mainline stoppage on a Sunday and they were able to get someone out within a few hours of calling. Nathan was very helpful during assessment and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Cost was very reasonable, especially given the conditions and our limited options.

My hvac unit stopped working on a Tuesday. Someone came to try and repair it Tuesday afternoon to no avail. Wednesday morning a sales rep came and by Thursday early afternoon I had a brand new system installed. I received text messages when each person was on their way to my house. Everyone i came in contact with was very polite, professional, friendly and cared for my property! And the financing department was very responsive to text messages as well. Over all it was a truly great experience!
I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or new equipment!

I have been using LimRic for many many many years. They are always polite, friendly, professional and very responsive. I wound up getting started with them so long ago when I had a AC issue during a late evening weekend storm. I called every single company in the area and they were the only ones who called back and got my AC working even though it was around midnight.....I will never forget that. If something isn't right, they make it right. I now use them for not just HVAC but plumbing too and couldn't be happier.

George and his team mate did a wonderful job… courteous and very attentive to being careful in my house.

Everything about them is from another world. They use emails and texts perfectly. They introduce you to your service person by text (including his hobbies). They call and text when they are on the way. The van must have had tens of thousands of dollars in tools and parts. And the person on our call inspired confidence and was totally a pro and made sure I saw the repair. Plus the job was done cleany and efficiently and i enrolled in their concierge service . Who does all that!?

LimRic was great. Came out to inspect for a leak under the house. Found the leak and repaired it immediately. Cost was significantly less than another estimate we received. Tommy and Seth were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company

The service was for a clogged sink in one unit and a clogged toilet in another unit. I received stellar service from the first phone call through the entire fix. Excellent teamwork! I highly recommend LIMRIC for their plumbing services.
