Thankful for the 40 minute service to unclog our kitchen sink. Price was more than a car payment 406.00 that's way too much and a discount was not offered. Please try to help us retired folks when servicing our plumbing needs.

Clarence was punctual, friendly, and efficient in his work. The fix for my appointment was scheduled for much longer but he only took 15 minutes as he was very experienced. I was thoroughly impressed with his work.

RIght on time. Took time to explain the cost which seemed high but the resultant work was exemplary.
Super fast install even with the hunt for my water main shutoff which took forever (my fault).

Mr. Gene was very professional and knowledgeable. He carefully explained the costs and installation times. We had an A/C unit yearly service call.

He was accompanied by his apprentice. I was very impressed with the young man’s attitude and willingness to learn this trade. I hope he does well. He mentioned that this is his second month as an apprentice.

We received a text message from limric letting us know our technician Nathan was on the way. This included a brief bio about him and that he is a new england patriots fan so we immediately feared the worst. However it turns out you cant judge a person by their terrible taste in sports teams. Nathan was courteous, thoughtful (gave our dogs treats and tolerated our annoying kids), and left his work area completely clean when finished even though he was doing a dirty job for us. Very satisfied with our service especially with it being on a Sunday.

Everybody that came to our house was exactly on time (when they said they would be here), all were professional and the workmanship was exceptional, as quoted and we did not have to wait long (Sunday afternoon problem, evening temporary fix, Monday quote and Thursday change out).

Limric came on time, spent all day long, until 8:30pm to complete my total system installation. Mike P, Martin and Dominic worked well together and were professional, friendly and diligent. I felt confident the job got done correctly, and will work for years let’s hope! Great work. I recommend Limric highly!

Brian showed up on time, was very detail oriented and professional and did not let up until our problem was resolved and the repairs were fully inspected. He was knowledgeable and committed to fixing the issue.

Same day service. Marcus was professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. He explained how he figured out the issue, even showed pictures of it. He explained the price break down and how the membership gets me discounts.
I wish more customer service techs were like Marcus. He made a stressful event way less stressful!
