Malcolm came with another guy(can’t remember his name with the Afro)and they went straight to work. I thought it would be and all day thing , but Nope they were done before 1:30pm and they started around 8:30am. They even had two other guys came and help as well. love the team work! I am very thankful! I also wanted to thank JD(initial contact) and Alex in (sales)they both were very informative and worked hard to get this project started ! I recommend anyone that needs ANY service that LIM RIC does, I promise your in good hands !!!

Hands down the best experience we've ever had with any service company! Michael P. and Kyle D. are the dream team! They went above and beyond every step of the process. They removed and replaced all the ductwork in our crawlspace along with all new boots and registers and completely transformed the efficiency of our HVAC and the air quality in the home. Really fine work with attention to detail. Can't say enough about how great these guys are. Kyle and Michael are the best!

I purchased a home nearly 2 years ago and have been having hvac issues since day one. So, I have had the opportunity to work with many hvac professionals during this time. One of the issues has been replacing a 4 year old mini-split/line-set that was not installed well and has a hole in the coil and a few other issues. I was very concerned about replacing the unit as there were concerns that the line set might be bad. LimRic sent out an install supervisor (Chris) who was very helpful in looking at my current set up and coming up with possible solutions.

Today was install day and I had a great team come to my home to replace the mini split. I am a very particular person and Doug and Steven were professional, very attentive to my concerns and made the experience of getting a new wall unit a great one. In my opinion, Doug and Steven aka Fresh Sauce went over and above to make sure I was very satisfied with every aspect of the installation. I highly recommend this install team and LimRic!

Technician was knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix the problem. Young man did a great job. As a 25 year tradesman myself it was impressive to see a young man take pride in what he has chosen to do as a career. The company was great as well.

We experienced at plumbing back up at our home and after calling multiple plumbing companies in the John's Island area we finally spoke to the folks at LimRick Plumbing, Heating, & Air. By far this is the best experience I have ever had with a trade company of this type. The dispatch folks were polite and helpful and followed up well. We worked with two technicians on our job, Thomas P who was the first guy on the scene and who was very skilled and fast. He had our problem figured out it 20 minutes and presented his recommended next steps. Thomas is a top notch technician! Then Donavan showed up, at no charge to us, to further evaluate what needed to be done. He had higher powered equipment which was able to locate piping deeper underground, and he too was excellent. He figured out where our clean out was located, which was buried under old soil and pine straw, and he found the broken line with no problem at all. I can't reiterate enough how professional both of these technicians were and we were thankful of their expertise. I would fully recommend this company for your next plumbing need. Thanks again guys.
