David was very professional and courteous. He was able to get my heating problem corrected immediately and in a timely manner. LimRic as a company was incredible! The customer service was fantastic. They dispatch someone immediately when I had problems with my heating system in the middle of a cold front. They have a customer for life now.!

Experienced leak from service valve on water heater. Ross was responsive, answered my questions, and efficiently and expeditiously made needed repairs. Not reflected in score yet a bit of feedback, was told I would receive a call when technician became available and was en route. In fact I received a text which presumes the customer is on constant possession of mobile phone and continuously monitors texts. I am much older than 30 and most assuredly do not.

Princess forgot to power on our a/c unit and connect wires correctly when she left. Luckily we called and Markell came to save the situation. Not sure if I will use again in the future because of the inconvenience this caused.
And called to speak to a manager about the situation. They said they would call me back but never did :(

Service contract inspector/technician arrived on time and communicated well all the procedures he was doing and their corrections if needed.

It cost me nearly 600 dollars to have a drain clog removed. The problem was never fully solved. I called them back out to fix the problem and when the guy showed up he charged me another 89 dollar service fee just to find out that they don't warranty work even if it wasn't done properly and that I will have to pay the same amount again to fix it. This company had a D- rating with the better business bureau and I would advise anyone from using any of their services

Ryan was absolutely wonderful!! We had quite a mess on our hands and he calmly and professionally solved every bit of it. Cyle also came over and between the two of them, they turned a really bad problem into something that was better than it had been before. They will always be our first call!

Our ceiling downstairs was leaking. It had been a slow leak we thought that might be a toliet or shower and over the course of time were trying to solve the source and mitigate on our end. Overnight the leak became a continual drip that needed immediate attention. We called 2 companies we'd used previously and they were unable to come out on a Friday morning to stop and repair the ACTIVE leak. I've seen Limric vehicles in our neighborhood and around town. Omar took my call at 8:15am and asked very specific questions to make sure the technician was properly prepared. He said he was dispatching out the next available tech TODAY. Within an hour I received notice Brandon was on his way. He was timely, pleasant, and thorough in his assessment. Brandon fixed our leak before lunchtime and was respectful of our property during his time in our home. He even saved us a $100 on the repair. We will never call anyone else but Limric. I can not say enough great things about the service and product they provided. THANK YOU!!!!

Justin D was very professional and knowledgeable. He took photos of everything to show me and explained things thoroughly. We’ve used LimRic before for a new home install as well as hired them for a new install for our neighborhood’s clubhouse. We will definitely use them for any future needs!

Plumbing repair. Excellent repair. Highly competent technician. Wish they would have come earlier in the day. Felt the repair cost was a bit expensive…$650.00 for a leaky pipe. But, it is fixed, it is fixed correctly, and it does not leak. So, guess it’s the cost of repairs these days.
