Outstanding! Everyone ( Doc, Mike Maddie ) that I dealt with have been fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Work was completed quickly and cleaned up when finished. Everything was top cabin and I will not hesitate to use them again.

Had issue with Tankless Water heater not functioning on Easter Sunday. Called LimRic and they came out and fixed the issue.
I rent this property, and renters had no hot water. So happy LimRic was on call and Brian P did a great job for me.

It was a positive experience for general check of the plumbing. Some repair work was done on the hot water tank. I have the monthly membership. It saved me money and was very helpful with a professional service person.

They are very responsive, on time and always very nice. They are all willing to walk you through what they are doing and explain it all. We have used them for a new HVAC system, repairs, routine maintenance, installation of a new garbage disposal and more. Every interaction has maintained a high standard of professionalism and reliability.

Manage to arrive early because of a former cancellation. Very nice young man parked the truck exactly where he was supposed to. Took a little while because it was obvious the stoppage in the drain was pretty deep into the system. I left him alone to do his job and when I came back he was flushing hot water down the kitchen sink. Said that was the third time he did it and it's running well. He was very cooperative and obviously knew what he was doing. I can highly recommend this company to others.

Stan was very polite and worked hard. He and his men even declined an offer to buy them lunch because they wanted to keep on working until it was done. Did a good job of checking the new heat pump to make sure it was heating and cooling properly before leaving.

Our tankless water heater failed. Maddie was on time and professional. We had a new unit installed the next morning. Had an easy, painless experience. Will use LimRic in the future for any plumbing needs.

Quick response time from the time of my initial call to the time the technician arrived at my house! Willie was super nice and knowledgeable; he fixed the problem and my unit is working great!
