LIMRIC PLUMBING HEATING & AIR

The service tech/plumber, Miles, was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He helped correct our outdoor plumbing issue smoothly and we are very pleased. We have used Lim-Ric Plumbing on three separate occasions this year, so far. They are the quickest and most dependable in the area.

I can't say enough good things about LimRic! On July 4th, my air conditioning failed and it just happened to be the HOTTEST DAY RECORDED ON PLANET EARTH IN HUMAN HISTORY! I knew I wouldn't be able to get someone to service me on the holiday, but LimRic was able to schedule a technician to see me bright and early the day after. Jacob was incredibly professional, friendly, and empathetic towards my situation. He not only was able to repair my air conditioning unit, but provided me knowledge & guidance about the current state of my house's HVAC system and some suggestions for the future. I will be using LimRic in the future as my primary plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service providers. I also learned about their Comfort Club Membership and plan to sign up for that to save myself $$$ in the long run!

I cannot recommend this company enough. We recently bought and moved into a house that had an A/C unit pushing its timeline. We decided to have it replaced before any major issue’s occurred. LimRic has by far been the best company I’ve ever worked with. Unfortunately when our house was built they didn’t do the ventilation system very well so the technicians ended up spending a full 12 hours working to not only install our new unit but also fix any issues they came across from the original installation. They worked non stop, minus one very much earned lunch break. Not only were they hard working but I have to rave about how amazing they are with kids. We have a 2 and 3 year old and anytime one of them walked past my kids would always say hi and the guys would either stop and respond or continue on hustling but still respond and each time it made my kiddos laugh with joy! As a mother I love seeing other adults interact and treat my kiddos with the respect and compassion instead of ignoring them just because they’re kids. We had a follow up appointment today just to verify all went well and I mentioned an issue we had before installation and our technician, Whit, was super helpful and after taking a closer look he informed me the original installation wasn’t done very well and he’d be having his team come back to fix the issue for us. Last thing I definitely need to mention is how amazing these guys are at cleaning up after everything. They used drop clothes everywhere they could and the places it didn’t cover they fully swept AND vacuumed to the point I’m pretty sure it was cleaner than when they arrived! Needless to say I highly recommend this company to anyone that requires services they provide.

Andy, Andrew, and Jamie did a great job installing new ducts and AC/Heating unit. They were very friendly and even took the time to discuss what they were doing with my curious kids. They were very thorough and went above and beyond what was asked of them (even when it started raining).

Kyle and his partner showed up on time each day. Their work was professional and of the highest quality. They were responsive to my questions. As for as the good value, I could have gone a less expensive HVAC company, but with LIMRIC I was comfortable with their overall high quality service.

Once again, fantastic experience with LimRic. Ross got my kitchen up and running after a remodel (rerouted plumbing under the house, installed our faucet, hooked up our sink and dishwasher, and installed a foot pedal for our kitchen sink). The communication about services and costs are upfront and thorough, so there are no surprises at the end. Ross is incredibly professional and trustworthy, and it is a pleasure to talk to him. Furthermore, LimRic is very thorough with their communication when scheduling services. I look forward to working with them again!

Was very impressed by the original response time. I called on Wednesday & a tech was there Thursday morning. The technicians that did the installation yesterday were very thorough and even the job was bigger then thought to be, they stayed with it. We slept very comfortably last night. Thank you!

Our plumbers were super thorough and very professional. They explained everything they were doing to me. They were also super careful not to dirty the house. Not to mention very kind and respectful.

I discovered a water leak in my ceiling and Limric was able to get someone out that same day, which was a Saturday. Nathan C. arrived on time and was very courteous and helpful. He kept me updated on the status of my repair and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the friendliness of their staff from the time I called until the repair was complete. I will definitely use them again for my home repair needs.

Randy was excellent in explaining our issues and helping to keep us comfortable until further repairs could be made. He took photos and was especially helpful in suggesting what the next steps should be. He went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough for his excellent service.
