GEN3 Electric & HVAC

I lost power to my home office, and Gen3 sent a tech within a couple hours. It was a simple fix, but the tech was very thorough in his explanation about our wiring issues (we have a 200-yr-old house). Looking forward to working with them again!

Great experience with Gen3 with AC repair in my condo. They kept me informed of the time they would arrive. Eric, the technician, was terrific. The unit needed a part and I thought it would be next week until the work was completed -- but Eric came back the same afternoon and completed the job. I would definitely use Gen3 again.

I called Gen3 after another company was a no-show (with no notice) and didn't call to re-book. Contractors are all so busy, I was grateful that Gen3 had an opening. Gen3 is totally professional, keeping in touch with appt. reminders, emails and texts, letting you know when your technician is on the way. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Ceiling fan was not an easy install since there was no existing overhead light, so needed all new wiring. Fan/light (and its wall remote) is in, working, looks great! Necessary small openings in wall and ceiling are neatly caulked. Other small jobs/repairs were done perfectly. Mike protected my furniture and floors with clean new drop cloths and cleaned up thoroughly before he left. I'm a happy customer!

Our hot water heater started leaking and GEN3 came out first thing on a Friday morning to evaluate. John worked with Debbie so he could install a new water heater before lunch so we didn't have to go the weekend without water. And the new piping looks so much better too! The whole team went above and beyond. Great quality and customer service.

I chose Gen3 to replace my water heater, install a new furnace, and install a brand new HVAC system. While this job posed challenges, Gen3 was able to problem solve and get the work done within 3 days. I ran into a couple minor issues after the work was done, and Gen3 came promptly to address and fix it. This company has great customer service & did a great job on the multiple installations for me.

This is my second time using GEN3 and this time I had Brian and Chris came out today and were super friendly and knowledgeable. They got done everything the needed in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. The office staff was great and even got a follow up call from John in the office after my visit to see how things went. Love GEN3!

We've used Gen 3 several times now for our complex business facility (lots of fussy lights). They check out the situation thoroughly, explain what they're seeing and why, give you a genuine estimate, come when they say they'll be there, communicate when they're on their way - truly, a breath of fresh air. Every tech I've dealt with has been friendly and communicative, and they leave the place looking great. Def recommend.

Dave was very professional and informative. Made suggestions for Microwave placement and educated me on GFI outlets. Listen to my electrical upgrades wanted and provided pro suggestions. Very pleased with Dave's service. Waiting for estimates on work I wanted done. Hopefully Dave will be the tech to return to do the work if not I hope all GEN3 tech are on the same level as Dave.
