GEN3 Electric & HVAC

The Gen3 Electric & HVAC team was phenomenal - super professional, courteous, and very sharp. We originally had them replace knob&tube electrical in a large old house we recently purchased, they did a great job on a very complex project, and then just had them install ductless AC throughout the house. Very reasonable pricing. They took the time to thoroughly plan out the job, and always showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. A smaller company than one of the huge HVAC companies and much better service. They can do the biggest jobs well, and are also good for smaller electrical items that come up - they schedule customers in quickly. Always a terrific experience with Gen3. Highly recommend them!

Jordan was the gentleman who came out to assist with our projects. He was fantastic throughout the entire project and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend his services for anyone looking for an electrician for projects, and will certainly be using him again for future projects.

I’m a first time homeowner and I had to bring my outlets up to code. I chose Gen3 (partly because of the adorable dog logo) and I’m so happy I did. They went above and beyond and did efficient and excellent work. When the first electrician, Mike J. came by to give me a quote he even fixed wonky wiring in an old lamp of mine. Really great people, I highly recommend them.

Justin was very thorough. He took the time to explain the components of my duel zone system and made recommendations for current and future servicing. He was pleasant and took his time doing the work. I will definitely continue using Gen3 and would welcome Justin back as my technician any time.

Evan and Brandon replaced the timer for the outside lights; removed and cleaned the 5 outside light fixtures and replaced all lighting with new, recommended light bulbs. Very thorough, very clean, very professional and I HIGHLY recommend GEN3. They are on my speed dial now for future work.

Ed (lead electrician) and Robert (assistant electrician) did a great job on removing all knob and tubing, replace/repair switches and sockets, install lighting and upgrading my panel. They were friendly, cleaned up after each day of the project, and very professional. Whenever I had a question or was just plain curious, they gave clear responses. Even during the walk-thru on the last day, Ed was very clear in what was done as well as identifying the panel upgrades. Thank you both so much for making my home SAFER!!

All the techs involved helping from coming to our home to check the issues and scheduling to install a new heating system was amazing. Even the person who called to help schedule and explain the invoice and parts ordered was so helpful. Definitely will recommend this company to friends/family.

Installed mini splits and had our electric redone to accommodate.

They were always on time and kept us in the loop on when they were arriving. Technicians were very nice and able to answer any and all questions.
