GEN3 Electric & HVAC

Gen3 was great! Their technicians were always very professional. They showed up on time, explained the work that needed done and then reviewed it once completed. We had a really big job that probably would’ve taken a couple days but they were able/willing to get it done in one. Very very satisfied and would use again!

I purchased a home two years ago, had outlets that weren’t working correctly and gen3 came out and worked with me to diagnose the problem. The workers were professional, they were flexible, the service was affordable, they were very respectful of my home and it was an overall great experience. I was reminded via text and call, technician let me know when he was on his way, and I received follow up call confirming that I was satisfied with the service. I had outlets replaced and when the technician came out they realized I needed a light switch rewired. The notes was detailed on my account, they knew exactly what I needed when I called them, they sent someone out when I was ready and got the job done. My uncle referred me to them and I’m grateful he did. I will now tell everyone about the phenomenal experience I had with gen3 and will use them if any problem arise in the future. Trust me, you won’t regret doing business with them. Professional, organized, and there when u need them.

This is the second time I've used Gen3 and they are just awesome. We were going to replace two ceiling fans ourselves until we took the old ones down and realized there was no anchors or electrical boxes. We had just a wire coming through two layers of plaster and drywall. Two Gen3 electricians showed up on time, wearing masks, put on plastic booties, placed drop cloths in work areas, and knew exactly how to fix the wiring and quickly install our new fans in under an hour. Brian S. also suggested our house add surge protection to our electrical panel and completed that as well. Our fans look beautiful and we have peace of mind knowing they are installed safely and correctly plus our appliances are protected now as well. Brian also gave me a free estimate for updating our old panel and connection to the street which we hope to do in the spring. The warranty on the work and the ability to easily contact and make appointments with this company is great. The electricians are super nice and extremely considerate.

I had an excellent experience with Gen3. They emailed and texted me before the installers arrived at my home. They were professional, courteous, and considerate. They walked me through the process and progress of the installation by informing me what to expect but they also sent pictures and explained the steps. Eric was very personable and answered any questions that I had. If any adjustments or tweaks needed to be made he thoroughly explained. It made so much sense to me to get the ductless split. I am very happy with the finished product, system, and installation. Now, my house is cool and comfortable! Thanks Gen3!

Gen3 did a fantastic job. There were some hiccups and issues at the start of the project but they totally came through and made everything work out as promised. My installers John and Steve did really great, really clean work and were both super pleasant to have in my house. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for reliable and high quality contractors.

Great experience! Needed some old wires removed and cleaned up in my basement - as well as new light fixtures, a light switch and some outlets - and my basement looks amazing now!!! Very impressed with the quality of work, great customer service, and very polite and amazing technician! Would recommend and will use again!

We just had work done by GEN3 electric for a third time. This time, like the others, was quick, professional, and painless.

Corey was our technician and he installed a ventilation fan in our second floor restroom for us, along with the corresponding switch to control it. He was happy to answer our questions both about that project which was our main goal, as well as about smaller electrical issues we were having around the house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate that he was patient with our many tangentially related questions!

After our prior positive experiences, and having a general idea of the costs involved, we intended to go with GEN3 for this project from the start. I mentioned that when setting up the appointment and they sent Corey out who was able to do the work in the same day as getting the estimate. Even though he was in and out of the house (having to install the exterior portion of the vent) he was conscious of not tracking in any dirt, and he thoroughly cleaned up the bathroom of the debris from cutting into the ceiling. Thanks to Corey, we now have a working ventilation fan so we can get rid of that post-shower humidity without letting in the chilly winter air!

We're sure to come back to GEN3 as any more electrical/HVAC needs arise in our household!

Gen3 and my techs were simply amazing. They arrived each day on time and worked the entire day to get the installation completed. Eric and his partner treated our building as if it was their home. I would definitely recommend this company tech to anyone.

Mike did a great job installing lighting in 2 closets, moving lightswitches and installed an outdoor outlet. He made sure to protect our furniture from drywall dust and cleaned up very well afterwards. Also the dispatcher was extremely nice and responsive and worked to juggle schedules for us to make sure the job got done quickly. I will definitely use gen3 again.

Evan did a great job. He reached out to say he was on his way, arrived on time, wore a mask and shoe coverings, put together detailed estimates and diligently repaired and replaced switches/receptacles, ran new low voltage line for our doorbell camera and removed lines from an area we need to demo. Will absolutely work with Gen3 for remaining and future work. A little more expensive but worth it - arrived on time, completed work as planned, cleaned each work area.
