Great experience. Called me back same day of my request for services. Set up was quick and easy. Review and installation wad even easier. Literally same day service. Gordon was super easy and nice to work with. Explained everything and was patient with me (my condo was a little chaotic with people and dogs). Everything turned out so nice! I installed a light fixture and 4 recessed lights (where no electrical existed). Took a little bit of time, but couldn't believe it all got done within one week of me emailing them for a request to quote.

We had a great experience with Gen 3 installing a EV charger. This technology is new, and it wasn’t clear that other people we got quotes from knew what needed to be done. Gen 3 is professional, responsive, and they go the extra mile to make sure you’re totally satisfied with their work. They have a service that makes inspections a breeze. They were also able to get out quickly so we could charge the car we already bought. Ed, Martin, and Joe were all professional, responsive, and patient with all our questions.

Brief Description of the job GEN 3 performed at my home: Ring Camera installation, and installment of new direct line from panel to new location.

Thank to Mr. Evan Painter for coming out to our home to conduct and estimation, so that our Ring camera could be installed and also for installing new electrical lines. Mr. Evan explained to us in a manner for our understanding, the detail(s) of the project ahead. [ he took fotos of where the work was supposed to be commence, and he was our estimator ]. Mr. Evan was calm, at the same time, all Professional and courteous. There was no pressure in his words, neither haste- no rush, rush... and our questions were answered to our satisfaction.
The estimate from Mr. Evan works very well with my Budget- [ Mr. Evan also mentioned that financing is available ]. Who would nt seriously want GEN 3 to work for them.. I cannot imagine.

I AM GRATEFUL THAT I WAS ABLE TO HAVE MY PROJECT DONE BY GEN 3.

The air was not working on our unit. We got an appointment quickly and everyone from the scheduler to Jeffrey and his work companion were so great! Getting his picture before he arrived was great. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ed and, Martin of Gen 3 Electric who completely rewired my home and I cannot sing their praises enough! From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free thanks to their expertise and professionalism. Ashton was wonderful. We have an unusual setting (on a ceiling) for a small halogen bulb, and we couldn’t figure out how to eject the dead bulb and put in a fresh one. Ashton was so nice, figured it out quickly, and got the new bulb in. We also asked him about a track light that wouldn’t go on, and he figured that out too. He didn’t charge us anything for the service beyond the initial appointment fee $89.00 because he said this was a small job. I will use GEN3 from now on for all electric needs. A+ for Ashton!

I had my HVAC system maintenance check completed by Steve M recently. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and and went the extra way to explain some safety measures I can take to ensure a safer home environment. I really appreciate that along with his pleasant manner to boot. I’ve been a Gen3 customer for years and they are very easy to work with.

Had Evan Painter out for an estimate for an EV charger install w/ panel upgrade. He was professional, timely, and a pleasure to deal with. The estimate was clear and has helped us to plan the timing of the project - we’ll definitely be reaching out Gen3 when that time comes as they have been nothing but great to deal with on this and a prior call.
