Had our 25 year old furnace die as well as needing our A/C fixed. Their team came out right away and gave me an options and no pressure to sign right then. On top of that they fixed my A/C for free (another company wanted to charge $300 just to look at the A/C and attempt to clear a line.)
We ended up choosing McGinley for cost and the old fashioned values they espoused. 6 months later they are out for the routine service included in the package and making sure everything is great. I cannot say enough nice things! Joe was extremely helpful and I really liked that after the initial estimate, he came back out to the house to discuss financing options and a date. Much more personal then doing it over the phone or by email. The whole team was very courteous and professional. I got a great deal for choosing a cash payment option and I would highly recommend!!

Our AC stopped working on the holiday weekend and I was afraid we wouldn’t be able to get anyone to come out. With a newborn at home and a 90 degree week ahead, I was certain we were going to have to find somewhere else to stay. Fortunately, when I called McGinely Services, I immediately got a live person who was able to set me up with a same day appt! I was notified via text when our tech Frank was on his way. The text included his picture and background. Frank was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed as he was troubleshooting and making repairs. Best of all, our AC was up and running within a few hours! We plan to use McGinely Services for all our maintenance and repairs moving forward!

We've been using McGinley since we bought our home a few years ago. They have always been prompt, professional, and never tried to sell us on things we didn't actually need. We had a clog in our ac unit and Frank was able to have Brent and Loren come out within 24 hours to fix our unit. We have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and reccomend them to all our family, friends, and neighbors.
