Gen3 has by far been our most friendly , responsive , professional and communicative provider since we bought our house in 2020. They are clear , do what they say , fair in price and obviously knowledgeable. They are polite and always come when they say they will. Evan in particular have been so pleasant to work with. It’s never fun having to party with money to work on your house , but somehow Gen3 makes it seem worth it. We will never work with another company again for our electrical needs.

We’ve now had Jordan from Gen3 to our home twice and have been extremely pleased with the service both times! He was on time, professional, efficient, and respectful of our request to wear a mask as we have a newborn at home. Griffin (?) and Dylan replaced my entire electrical panel, along with some other work. They were great guys, good communicators, very nice, and overall did a wonderful job. They even labeled all of the breakers!

GEN3 is really easy to work with, documents everything, and sends invoices, paperwork, photos, and videos immediately. It's helped me immensely with my insurance claim documentation.

I've had to call Gen3 twice: once to get a second opinion on my HVAC system, and once to fix a bad breaker in my home. Gen3 always answered my phone calls promptly and got me on the calendar. Their technicians were also prompt and professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosing my issues quickly and thoroughly. Evan came and spent 7 hours at my house fixing up over 10 outlets and switches when we realized I had bad wiring in my home. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants piece of mind.

Contacted Gen3 about removing existing fixtures and putting up track lighting in a dimly lit 11 ft loft with concrete ceilings. They were so responsive via phone, text, and email, and so professional. On the first visit Mike gave me several options of how to do the project I wanted. He took pictures of the place and made sketches of where new lighting would go based on our discussion so any other electrician that came out would be on the same page. Jess was fantastic at getting permits, talking with my property manager, and getting me scheduled. Griffin showed up right on time, was super efficient at getting everything done, and did a great job. Place looks amazing. Will definitely have them back for future lighting projects

Jordan from GEN3 came out to our house yesterday to repair our outlets on our back deck and install our wired Ring Floodlight camera. He was on time, extremely professional, and gave very insightful information to us on what the problems were. He was able to fix all the issues and hang the camera in a short amount of time but did an incredible job. Thanks again Jordan!

Answered all of my questions about the work and about Gen3 plus opportunities for future work that I would need. Very happy with Gen3. 3rd time I’ve used them and all great experiences.
