Aire Pro Commercial Services

We do a lot of work with hospitals in the Philadelphia area and Aire Pro never fails to rise to the occasion and provide us with exemplary service. Their office staff is warm and friendly and their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Whenever I need HVAC help in the area Aire Pro is always my first call. I cannot possibly recommend them enough for your HVAC needs.

Would not recommend for commercial services. Never showed up for scheduled time. No follow up call for the first estimate to tell me they were understaffed and could not make it. Once re-scheduled, I received no call telling me they were running late or they forgot about it. They give a 4 hour window, and cant even make that. You have to call them, not they call you. How can I trust that they will be timely and efficient with installation if they cant even schedule and estimate. One star for the nice lady who picked up the phone.

We had issues with our AC at our ice cream shop for years and tried almost every HVAC repair company in the city. Air Pro figured out the issue in minutes and Heather made scheduling easy by coordinating with the condo owner next door to access our outdoor unit. This team is the best!!

We received numerous quotes from local companies to have a complete A/C system installed in our multi-level home. We didn't have duct work in the house as our heat is baseboard, so we knew it'd be a major investment. Aire Pro's price wasn't the cheapest and it wasn't the most expensive - and I got a good feeling from the salesman (Bob) and the types of products they use so we chose them for the project.

The project was completed in a timely manner which was a plus. We had a Carrier Infinity system installed and we're extremely happy with the quality of it.

The downside is that the crew left my attic a mess with shards of metal, screws, and other garbage lying everywhere. There were also scraps left behind on my roof which I had to crawl up on to remove. As another reviewer posted - the crew was definitely rough around the edges. The foreman was nice and seemed to know his stuff, but the other crew members were very young and seemingly inexperienced. I also had to go out and buy aluminum foil tape to tape the joints of some of the duct work, and to seal the a/c filter off from the warm attic air entering it and in turn, causing the filter to dirty sooner than necessary.

While the Carrier Infinity System works great - the craftsmanship and cleanliness was lacking.

Great industrial and commercial services. Nearly a turn key operation. Have not dealt with residential service but I expect it has the same service
