Great service. Gordon has came to my properties twice and has always been of help and knowledgeable to the situation at hand. He gets the work done quickly. Definitely recommend.

Matt Gatens was our Tech that came out. Super efficient, very knowledgeable and excellent housekeeping with his equipment. Came out did the diagnostics ordered and replace damaged parts in our system almost immediately, he left our system cleaner than he found it. Extremely happy with the services. Signed up for there service titan plan.

Dave Cusson and another tech arrived at our home and did a great job installing outlets on our back deck and also in the garage. They also took down a light was no longer needed. Great work!!!

I had the opportunity to use gen3 services and my technician Dave cusson handled buisness professionally and when they sent someone else out who was a little out of character wit cowboy boots on come to my house Cyrus Diaz and I'm not Gon say cause of my race but said he didn't feel comfortable working in my house I was confused and heated cuz I felt it was racially motivated me and my family didn't do anything to him my carpenter guy was there like he was with Dave the previous day working but Dave pulled rite up and put the fire out cause I was upset he saved the day and apologized on behalf of the company and he got rite to work and even asked me if I needed something small done to correct the issue @hand he's definitely a professional..thanks again Dave 💪💯

Robert came and did an estimate for us and he was knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel like the process would be simple with the install on a new HVAC system.

Our heater stopped working and we called GEN3, Needless to say they responded rapidly. The technician Justin Henry was excellent, he was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.This is the second time we used GEN3 and needless to say we highly recommend their company!

Gen3 was great. It was easy to arrange for the technician to come to our home, and when Ashton did arrive he was great. He did a great job installing a new box in the ceiling to put up a new ceiling fan and light fixture in our bedroom. When he left the mess was all cleaned up and our new ceiling fan is beautiful and works great. Very happy with Gen3 and I wouldn't hesitate to have them come back for the next job!

Gen3 was very professional overall. The technicians Ed and Rob were on-time, courteous and did a great job with getting long wires through vents and pipes. He was great with explaining each step. He installed the charger as I wanted and made sure it was working correctly. The office staff are also very nice, and interaction with them was always pleasant and professional. Highly recommend them for any jobs!
