Always positive experiences with Gen3! The electric and HVAC maintenance plan provides a peace of mind at a great value. Jordan conducted a thorough electrical inspection and provided really helpful information. He also took the time to check out a light fixture that was making a crackling sound. He identified the issue and was able to resolve it - and most importantly, he was able to explain what he found. I really appreciate that as a homeowner. Great service all around. Would definitely recommend Jordan and Gen3!

Matt G from GEN3 came out and did incredible work to get our busted A/C system back up and running. He encountered some tricky issues, but in no time he had everything working properly and the house is now cool as ice. He was super professional and offered multiple options for parts that were needed. Price was more than reasonable and below what I was quoted by a different company. I will be calling GEN3 for all HVAC maintenance/repairs from now on. Great work!

I’ve had a great experience with one of the GEN3 electrical technicians couple of years ago, so when I realized I needed a HVAC work done recently , I immediately called GEN3. The representatives there are always responsive and respectful, and they scheduled a technician to come to my home on the same day. HVAC technician Cliff was very professional; he was on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave honest answers to what was needed to be done. Parts were ordered immediately, and within 48 hours work was completed. Work was performed very thoroughly. Cleanly also.

The person on the phone was super patient, shared different options for service, and helped find a technician who could come to my home same day. Once here, the technician was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable about the HVAC system in my home. He answered all my questions, explaining what the system is, how it works, and how to maintain it. I'm beyond grateful for Gen3 and will call them when I need help in the future.

Great service and knowledge! Dave and Cliff were very respectful and knew their stuff. Can't say enough good things about GEN3. We had gone to another company that had a service agent literally stand around and talk on the phone and then tell me we needed to replace the unit all together. Not GEN3, they diagnosed the issue quickly and explained the process as they went along.

Dave C came over to repair items set forth in a home inspection report. I added a few additional items. I can’t say enough about the high level of service I received first from the office, and then from Dave. He fixed everything quickly and efficiently and charged a fair price. Shortly after he left, the office called me to be sure I was satisfied.
It seems simple but no one else does it.
I would recommend Gen 3 without reservation.

He did a great job installing our outlet and helped me to re-connect some of my devices. The cost was very reasonable and cheaper than a quote we had received from another electrician before.

Gen3's service was unbelievable. They were incredibly communicative, prompt, and did a great job of setting expectations walking through what the expected work would be, the estimated timeframe, and allowed us to plan accordingly. On top of that, Gordon did an unbelievable job of ensuring that they were not disruptive. I plan to absolutely work with Gen3 in the future and am frustrated that it took me this long to discover them.
