Ashton was wonderful. He gave us a heads up on his way and handled our pup well. He fixed our issues quickly and explained what he did to correct it. He was very efficient. Will definitely be calling Gen3 next time we need electrical work again.

Gordon was the electrician that did my electrical repairs. He throughly checked my wiring inside/outside and took the time to explain how he found the.problem and steps needed to repair. He was very professional plus explained future work required and gave me an estimate. I was very happy with the work done ✅

Scott C. and Bryan L. arrived at my house at my house on Wed., 6/8 at 8:30am sharp. After greeting me cordially, they immediately got to work. They had to move my service panel and two electrical meters from behind one of my boilers in the basement. A former contractor (before I came) had placed the panel and meters in this barely accessible and potentially dangerous location.

The men took only a half day to make all the necessary preparations for the disconnect, allowing me to continue working upstairs using the house's power. Their field supervisor, Dan, came later in the morning, very warm and professional. After he left around noon, Scott and Bryan continued to work diligently and swiftly. I want to pause here and say that both men put me at SUCH ease! I knew intuitively that this was a potentially dangerous job, but you'd never have known it by the way they comported themselves all throughout the day.

The power to the outside line was shut off by 2:00pm, but I was down for only three and a half hours while they moved the service drop, the panel and my two meters. Before I could blink, my power was back on. Even my AC got restored! (I thought the machine was dead!)It is so relieving to know that I had three highly skilled, competent, diligent, yet relaxed gentlemen in my house taking care of this critical matter.

Of course, then came the "hitch". 😆

Bryan had tested everything upstairs while Scott labeled the panel. Everything came back on except my 1st floor overhead kitchen lights, bathroom lights and the fan/light over the kitchen's island. Scott opened up the kitchen's light switch panel...and was greeted with the worst "spaghetti wiring" job EVER. The kitchen and bathroom had been installed by another contractor; I had long suspected that the job had been shoddy. Both men really wanted to help me out, but they had done enough for one day. I had underhead lights to cook; I was fine until morning.

Scott immediately called in an order to fix the problem next day. In addition, when I called the Gen 3 office to speak with Andrea, the sales manager, she was awesome! She confirmed the call-in request in less than 30 minutes.

Scott and Bryan were back at my house 8:00am sharp on Thurs., 6/9. They fixed my wires, tested the lines at the service panel (thank you for the labelling, guys!) and even fished my long blown out lightbulb in the overhead kitchen fan/light combo.

Last, ALL the customer service reps who fielded my multiple calls throughout the week were meticulous, courteous and ON POINT.

I just LOVE Gen 3.

Looking forward to working on Phase 2!!

I've used Gen3 Electric for years and they've always been professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I just received a quote for some work from Mike Janiszewski who found a problem with one outlet that had reverse polarity and fixed it on the spot.

Dave was courteous and punctual. He did the repair work in twenty minutes ; I would use gen 3 for any work I need done in my home!

I had an issue with my condensate pump or so I believed. Gen3 was able to get out and schedule an appt. Justin came out, figured out the problem, replaced the part and was on his way. The cost was not outrageous and I was happy to have my furnace up and running again. Thanks judging and thank u, Gen3
