GEN3 Electric & HVAC

I called to schedule an estimate two days ago, the people on the phone were both so friendly, got me scheduled very quickly. Dominic came today to give me an estimate and was also so friendly and helpful. He made sure to sit down and hear my thoughts on what we were looking for, took time to explain during his exploration of the house, and laid out preliminary options that would best suit this old house before leaving to write up the estimate. Everyone is very professional and honest. Definitely recommend.

Chris was very professional and assessed the electrical needs. Chris has done electrical work at my home on a previous occasion and did an excellent job. I’m confident that the new work will be done well also.

Chris was unable to do the electrical work today, so GEN3 sent Prince and Mike. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, courteous, and expert team. They went straight to work and were finished faster than I expected. They answered all of my questions. I would definitely request them again. Thanks GEN3.

Gen 3 was able to schedule and have a master electrician perform a full home assessment with very quick turnaround time. The customer service was exceptional, and the pricing seems very fair. I was thoroughly impressed with Mike J’s, who is the master electrician who performed the assessment, professionalism and responsiveness. I am looking forward to having them complete the recommended fixes, as I know things will be done right! I will be leaving another review once the work is complete. 5/5 and would highly recommend!

Gordon was nice, professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and was able to give an estimate of the cost after the evaluation of the job. I was given the approximate length of time the work would take as well. It was a pleasure to have Gordon around. He got the job done right and on time!! Our ceiling fan was making grinding noise every time we switched it on.

When we scheduled an appointment online, Jordan Kuzowsky called beforehand to let us know he was on his was way and showed up right on time.

He was very quick to diagnose the problem, fix it and patiently answer all my questions without being too pushy.

Will definitely go back to GEN3 for our other electrical and HVAC needs.

I'm very happy with the services I received from Gen3. Josh was respectful of my time and kept me in the know prior to his visit. He was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly what could do for us and why.

Ashton was very professional and explained what needed to be done next to diagnose the problem. He wore a mask and put on booties, which I appreciated.

Josh was very professional. He checked out the entire house and outside electrical service line. Afterwards, he sat down with me and explained everything in detail. Also, he answered all of my questions.

Had The two technicians come out to replace our circuit box, they did a absolute wonder job, and explained any of our questions and double checked all outlets, true professionalism can never be underestimated and they definitely were..
