GEN3 Electric & HVAC

The outlet we use for our washer/dryer stopped working. I called GEN3 and they sent an electrician out that same day. Nate Flanigan was great. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything, reviewed our options, and answered all our questions.

Good job, Evan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took care of my issues in one visit and gave some good recommendations. I would recommend this company.

Our heating went out. Gen3 came out days before we originally scheduled and were able to get it working within an hour. We were prepared to shell out 5k+ for a new furnace, but they were able to fix the issue in under $300. Their technician was cordial, amicable, and highly professional. He explained everything to us and gave great advice on what to do with our HVAC system.

I have used GEN3 for multiple jobs at different addresses over the years. Ashton came out for an estimate today and was prompt, professional and great at explaining everything.

GEN3 was able to schedule someone to come out to give me an estimate for my light fixture installation within 2 business days. The technician came out, provided the estimate and once accepted, removed by old fixture, moved the electrical box and installed my new fixture in less than 90 minutes. He was clean, professional and personable. 5 out 5 stars!

I’ve used gen3 for a few small electrics jobs in my home and have always been pleased by the quality of service and work. I’ve had great experiences working with Jordan and Josh on assessing projects, and they both exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, patience and ability to explain complex details in a straightforward way. They installed three mini-splits in my bedrooms that got so hot in the summer. The crew was professional, friendly and got the job done right. They didn't rush through and really listened to what I wanted in terms of where to install. Overall, very happy!

They also replaced an aging water heater and added an electrical leak shutoff mechanism. Overall, the technicians were great, friendly, response & on time. Quality of work was exceptional, everything was explained to me and done on time. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Gen3 actually responded to an inquiry! Communication was top notch. Fast and professional service. Manny was very methodical in diagnosing a wiring issue that kept tripping a breaker.
