Family HVAC are terrific. I would recommend them to anyone. They are responsive (I received responses to my questions well after business hours). And, after our air conditioner died they helped us to find a suitable replacement, at a fair price and payment plan, all
within a matter of days.

I have been using Family HVAC for several years, and they've kept my heating and air conditioning operating at top efficiency. They are extremely professional, competent, and responsive, and I'm very pleased with their service. They've found things - and prevented them from becoming bigger problems - that previous companies didn't. I certainly plan to continue using them, and am glad that I found them.

I am posting this review because a close friend of mine had such a fantastic experience with Family Heating and Air that i knew they would never write a review and great customer service is so hard to come by. They told me that from the very beginning Kelli worked with getting them scheduled in a very tight window of time they were available and that upon the installation being completed everything was perfect, the installers were on time and the price was very reasonable. When in need of a new hvac system or just annual maintenance on your existing system- Family Heating and Air is the first and last place you need to contact.

Family had replaced our heating unit for the first floor recently and when our AC unit was inspected this summer it was beginning to fail so we decided to use them to replace the AC unit. Several of our ducts had suffered water damage and needed to be replaced as well. During the work it was found that one of the register boots was custom made and they had not expected that, they could not order a replacement and it would need to be custom made, Family took care of fabricating the replacement and got us back up and running in no time. Highly recommend them. The kind of customer service that makes a loyal customer.

We have used Family HVAC multiple times over the past year and couldn't be happier with the service and results. Their responsiveness is unmatched in the business. We contacted them at 9 am and had Brew fixing our heater a few hours later. Fair prices, quality work and a technician you can trust to get the job done. You can't go wrong with this place.

Brew and Alden did a great job installing a new furnace in our home. Great communication, reasonable pricing and a quick install got our house warm again before a chilly weekend. Really liked that we could text the office and our technicians, and review the quote over email before approving it.

In each case the staff (office staff on the phone, tech staff on site) were superb. Family HVAC provided timely, high-quality service, with excellent professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.

I was extremely impressed with the service. Our gas boiler stopped working over the weekend, and I was able to schedule an inspection the next morning. After discussing options, we decided to go for a new boiler installation which was scheduled the very next day. They were super prompt and professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.
