GEN3 Electric & HVAC

We used GEN3 to install the venting for the exhaust fan in our primary bath. Evan was incredibly professional and easy to work with. Great work quality. We will definitely be using him again.

Gordon came and gave me an estimate for some work. He explained everything very thoroughly and was attentive and very courteous. He was specific with what we could have done and gave us detailed steps on the issue and what it would take to get it resolved.

Super happy with our experience with GEN3 Electric. Branden Hocheck came out to install a new outlet and was really kind, professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after the work was done. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order before he left. Highly recommend Branden!

Chris was great. Got the light installed in a few minutes and it works perfectly now! Really appreciated that Gen-3 reached out bc they were in the area AND offered $50 off. Made it a simple decision to get a quick project checked off our list!

Had to do several electrical repairs & upgrades in Norristown. Discovered the need right after the winter storm in December. Spent two weeks trying to get electricians to show up for quotes and to do the work. Called 5+ other electricians. Some from Google, Some I'd used before, etc... Everyone was booked up or failed to show up. Finally got recommended to try Gen3. They gave us an appointment within a few days of my first call, showed up, sent us the quote immediately, and when I discovered additional work, amended the quote to include it within 24 hrs. Then they showed up and completed the work well and in a timely manner.

The Electrician I worked with was Chris, and I was very happy with his work and professionalism.

Our Rep, Chris McDevitt, was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns, and diagnosed the issue in a timely manner. He explained the additional work that needed to be done and promptly scheduled a new appointment with us for Monday morning. More importantly, Chris would not leave until we were comfortable, by making sure that we had the comforts that were needed until the repairs on made tomorrow. Thank you Chris!

Bill and his apprentice were here for 2 days installing a ceiling fan and recessed lighting in a few rooms of my house. He talked me out of making a bad decision with track lights and I'm very happy with the results. He was also very friendly and personable. I will be requesting Bill to come back when I need additional work done.

Our technician was so considerate and thoughtful while giving us an estimate. We need an outlet moved for our dishwasher, but it turns out there's more to it-- the outlet should also be on its own circuit. He explained everything he was doing and why it was necessary, he cleaned up after himself (and he saw a small mess from a previous contractor, and cleaned that up as well!), and he locked the door behind himself when he left. We liked being able to schedule online, they had availability quickly, and we get all our receipts emailed to us immediately. It's wonderful dealing with Gen3.

Service was excellent, Cliff is an amazing tech. He was able to answer all my questions and was able to find a solution to my HVAC problem. I’ll definitely will be using Generation 3 again in the near future.
