    Horrible I feel as if he ripped me off for $20.Insisted we were loading the washer wrong and nothing was wrong with it. We had washer for 4 years so we knew something had broken. After he left we goggled the issue. It recommended a suspension rod needed to be replaced, ordered , replaced and fixed myself. My fault for not goggling first. Will never call Bobs again and would like a $20 refund

    wonderful experience. I ended up needing a new washer but I was only charged $20 for the service call. I would definitely use them again.

    Called bob appliance to repair my washer was given an appointment where I would have to wait almost 2 weeks later when the time came for bob to come out and service my washer he or no one else showed up. After practically waiting all day I finally called to find out why no one showed up he didnot have the courtesy to return my call. I then waited and called a few days later and still no response in returning my call. What a trifling company.

    First of all, I don't recommend them for your repair.
    I am not sure what service they provide, I called for Gas Range Oven Repair. The technician came and said the igniter was faulty and without proper testing the parts, he cut the wire and make it completely unusable and anyway I had to buy a new one where he could have simply plug that off. And the pricing!!! OMG, this guys are highly overpriced compared to their professionalism.

    Call was answered promptly. Appointment scheduled next day to come out and look at my oven. Technician diagnosed and fixed problem ( bad ignition)in less then 40 minutes.

    Heard good things about Bob's so I called for an appointment to fix my fridge. They couldn't come out for about a week and a half but since several people loved them I took the appointment. So day of the appointment finally comes and I had to take off of work to be home. The tech was supposed to be here between 7 and 9ish so I waited. Around 8:15, I went upstairs to go to the bathroom and of course the guy called when I'm up there. I called him back 2 minutes later but it went to voice-mail so I left a message and waited for him to return my call.. Then I noticed that he left a message saying that I had to reschedule so I called the office number and had to leave a message there as well. When the lady called me back she said that because I missed his one call, I had to reschedule. They apparently do not even come to the home unless you answer their call. If you miss the call and try to call them back, they are not allowed to answer the phone. The next appointment wasn't until the following week where I would have had to take off of work again. I've never heard of such a system that treats clients like this. The great reviews made me feel like this was a small family oriented company that valued its customers but they treated me like a number in a long line.

    I called Bob services on a Thursday and my dryer was fixed the next day. I had to call again because I was smelling gas when the dryer was in operation, needless to say, the technician came out and of course we didn't smell any gas. He inspected the situation and educated me on what the issue could possible be. I appreciate their quick response to my enquiry. Very professional and cost friendly. I would recommend them and will probably use them in the future.
