Stallion Heating and Air Conditioning

This company does customer service right. This is the second time I've reached out to them. The first was to install a new HVAC system at my old condo. They did that well and even came out later to make a small adjustment for free. This time was a regular service call at my new place for the HVAC and consultation about some extra water in the basement.
Each of the service technicians and dispatchers I've worked with was pleasant and knowledgeable. As well they are conscientious about my time. They confirmed each appointment and messaged me with the technician's name, picture and a more accurate arrival time. An unexpected and welcome touch when you are letting someone into your home is to know who they are.
For this work they also discovered some corrosion on the gas valve that could become a problem. We've scheduled a follow up to address the corrosion and the source of the problem.
The company changed names between my first experience and this one. But it was worth it to make sure I had the right company. I wouldn't have been happy with anything less.

Had the pleasure of working with Matthew MacMullen to do some much needed plumbing. He was super communicative, prompt and flexible to try to align schedules and get everything wrapped up so I could use my sink and bathroom again. Will definitely reach out to Matt again.

Shawn was personable, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He identified an issue during a routine system inspection and was able to fix it immediately. Our experience with the Stallion Team was 5-star all the way.

Stallion replaced a leaking expansion tank for me. They were on time for all their appointments. They were very professional throughout the process and were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the repair and the part. Jon was very personable as well.

Excellent experience using Stallion for HVAC service in our home. We had them service our system when we bought our house, however due to it’s age it was at the end of it’s lifespan and needed to be replaced the following year.

Stallion sent Jourdan, who very thoroughly explained to us how our old system had broken down and what options we had for replacement. He did an excellent job of showing us options for replacement and helped find something within our budget.

After we put up a down payment on the new system, Adolfo and his crew did the install.
They got everything done on time and also gave us very thorough and helpful tips for long-term maintenance and ownership.

Overall positive experience using Stallion, however their staff and the knowledge they bring to the table were the best parts of the deal. Would highly recommend.

I called and was able to speak with a very nice woman named Tammy. She was able to guide me through my issue, and took care of all my needs. While, in the end, I didn't have a need to use Stallion's service, I would recommend this business to anyone because of the professional customer service alone.

I am writing this on behalf of my parents. They just had an amazing experience with this company. Their heater suddenly stopped working in the middle of a cold streak we just had. They contacted 3 different repair companies. They didn’t have any more money due to recently moving & making renovations & repairs to their new home. They applied for a loan from each company & were denied for all of them. The guys at Stallion offered to provide & install a new heater for them free of charge as a welcome to the neighborhood & understanding their hardship. Adolfo and his team were very professional and courteous, they did a great job with installation. Nick was most helpful with quoting and helping me select a new unit. All turned around in a day very impressive! I have always had a good experience with this company.

I have been with Stallion for several years now. They have been servicing my hvac unit (Which had been installed by another company). Now I have scheduled a duct cleaning with them. I’d honestly be lost without Stallion. They are always so kind, helpful, professional and honest. They are also there in a pinch, providing next day services in emergency situations.
