When my furnace began acting up, I called Krane from their website. The technician gave me the bad news that my furnace could not be repaired but also gave my information on a new furnace, the benefits and the financing plan that helped me get my furnace replaced by the next day. The installers did a great job and my house was left clean and tidy. I would recommend if you have any furnace concerns that you use Krane Heating.

Daryl from krane was amazingly helpful. He is very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the problem with my furnace very quickly and get it working again. He also noticed and fixed a wiring issue that was preventing the furnace and air conditioner from going into the second stage so my gas bill should go down. I highly recommend them.

If I could give Darryl more than 5 stars, I would. When I called Krane initially, the woman that took my call was very professional, polite and helpful. She put me in touch with Darryl over the phone as he attempted to troubleshoot the issue. We were unsuccessful, but he was here in person in less than 24 hours. That amazed me, given how busy these guys are. He immediately fixed the problem, and was a pleasure to deal with. Courteous, super friendly and SUCH a relief to know we are in good hands with this company. Thank you so much!

I had Krane install a humidifier and provide maintenance to my furnace. There was a little miscommunication with a part that was needed but once it was brought to Jeff's attention, they rectified the issue right away.

Wow! Such great service! I woke up without heat and they were here in about an hour. A part had to be ordered, but I was shown how to get the heat on in the meantime. Part arrived in the timeframe I was given and installed shortly after - on my schedule. Darrel was very nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. Happy to use a local area business. I will have Keane do my AC checkup in the Spring!

We are very pleased with our choice to use Krane. Our old (very) furnace was too big and we replaced with a 96% Bryant. The install involved rerouting gas, new install of venting, rework of electrical and reinstall of our humidifier. Everything looks great and we can tell they took the time to plan it all out and do it right. Like some other things, we wish we had done it sooner. Nice work Bob, Jeff and Coda.

Krane heating and cooling is amazing. I left a previous review and mistakenly mentioned Family heating which I have never contacted or done business with, It was a mistake. Ask for Daryl, he is too honest. They replaced my moms furnace and what can I say, the job was flawless. Great company. Call them for any HVAC problems.

It started off okay, but in the end I feel like they were trying to rip me off, so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My furnace recently stopped working on a chilly Saturday. Being that it was the weekend, I had a hard time finding someone to come out that day. Krane sent a technician over and after taking a look at everything he informed me that the control board had gone bad a needed to be replaced. I was told that he replacement part alone was around $600-$700 and that they could get everything installed for around $700-$800, with labor included.

It sounded expensive, so I contacted another vendor in the area to simply inquire about the cost of the part if I wanted to order it myself. To my surprise they had one in stock for only $225. When I relayed this to the technician from Krane he told me that he could install it for the cost of labor if purchased the part, so that is exactly what I did and we set-up an appointment for the installation.

The night before the appointment, I received a call from the owner (Jeff) to inform me that they could not do the work unless I purchased the replacement board from them. It became obvious to me that he was just trying to gouge me with a mark-up on the part, so I found another company to come out and install the new board.

In the end, I got the control board replaced and my furnace up and running for half of what Krane wanted to charge me. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Krane Heating and Cooling 24 hr service is legit. The technician was over in less than an hour after the service was requested.
The knowledge and expertise was top notch, that the tech had diagnosed the problem and implemented a successfully fix in less than an hour. Their follow through after the fix saved me from another issue I would have in the future.
The pricing was fair, especially after the service was executed after normal scheduled hours.
I would highly recommend and call on again if needed.
