I had a new furnace installed today. The salesman Jim was very Knowledgeable and gave us different options. We picked krane due to the fact of a great price and very quick install time. Most company’s were at least 2 weeks out. Both of the installers were very professional and did an awesome job. We are very happy with the high quality job they did and will defiantly recommend them to anyone.

The service that I needed took less than ten minutes. The technician Darryl was very kind, professional and honest. Soon as he took a look at my furnace he knew exactly what the problem was. He was also very helpful when it came to dealing with my home warranty company who tried to find a way out of paying for the cost of the repair, but with Darryl speaking to them and letting them know the main cause of the issue they had no problem after with paying for the repairs. Great service and I will definitely be calling them again for any future repairs.

My furnace stopped working, and I called Krane and was able to get service on New Year’s eve. I dealt with Daryl over the phone who was so nice, and had 4 different guys come out to do the actual install who were all very friendly, especially Jake. There was no mess left behind at all, new furnace is great, and I will definitely recommend and use them again in the future!

Had great experience with Krane. Furance died over the weekend. I was on wait list at another company. Called Krane Monday morning, they were at my house Monday afternoon. New furance installed on Wednesday. Many thanks to the entire team.

My furnace died on Saturday and my house was very cold. I called and spoke to Jeff and he told me that Daryl would be contacting me shortly and Daryl contacted me within a half hour and was at my house within an hour. He temporarily fixed the problem and came out first thing Monday morning to completely fix the issue - high limit switch. Daryl also completed some maintenance on the furnace. Both Jeff and Daryl were very nice and extremely helpful and very professional. There is no question I will call them if I have any issues. Their rate is also very reasonable for this single mother and I appreciate their honesty and hard work. I would recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever and I thank them for their excellent service.

Jeff & his crew were on time, quick & friendly, After everything was installed Jeff showed me pictures of the chimney & explained what he did, He walked me through everything on my furnace, showed me where my filter was located & told me how long It should last. AC went out on Thursday. Krane sent a service technician first thing Friday morning. Service technician troubleshot our AC and determined we needed a new AC unit. With the old AC unit only being used for about 3yrs. New house build. The technician double checked all his work to make sure it was a bad AC unit. The technician then went over our replacement options. We decided to purchase a new unit. Krane was able to install the new AC unit the very next day.

All service technicians that supported this process did an outstanding job and kept me in the loop during the entire time. Very professional. Especially Amy and Ron’s (owners?) son. Very polite and professional.
