These guys did a great job from Ralph to the installers, the front office and the owners. They were all very considerate and do the small things like taking off shoes or covering all flooring before doing in work. We had a new furnace and AC installed quickly and professionally! Works great, they gave great instructions on how to use.

Krane technician Deryl came out to perform a maintenance check on my furnace today. He was on time, thorough, and professional. The price was very reasonable, and there was none of the up-sell pressure often experienced with other companies.

I'm happy to have gone with Krane for my new furnace; it is high efficiency (96%), everyone I came into contact with, including the technicians, owner and secretary that followed through with getting my rebate paperwork submitted to the utility company in a prompt manner acted professionally and respected me as a valued customer every step of the way. Krane also connected me to MiSaves for financing; the loan rates were good and the application process was simple.

Even after one billing cycle, I noticed a reduction in my gas bill. The unit is quieter, seems to run less often, and heat the house more quickly. I thought the price was very reasonable, and Krane's turnaround time on installing a new furnace was very good, especially in the peak winter season.

I take pride in supporting local businesses, and will definitely recommend Krane Heating and Cooling to my neighbors, friends and relatives for all of their heating and cooling needs.

After having a few different companies out to quote, all were fairly similar in pricing and upon doing my research I didn't find too much of a benefit from going with one of the big name brands from another. After talking more in depth about options and pricing, I felt very comfortable almost as I was doing business with a family or friend (the good ones of course).

Once I made the decision and had Krane come out to do the work I was reassured by the crew that came out. Not only did they meet my expectations but they beat them as well. Work was very clean, the crew was organized and answered any questions that I had while they were working, even if it was a little off topic.

In need of a new furnace and AC unit. Sales was very patient with me in working through several quotes and configurations, making themselves available via phone, text and email. The installation team was very professional, prompt, answered all my questions, tested all functionality and did an excellent job in cleaning up.

Thank goodness for Krane Heating and Cooling! Our furnace broke at 6pm on a Friday and Krane was able to come out that same night to save the day. We ended up needing a whole new furnace and the team jumped into action Saturday morning for the install! They were knowledgeable and professional and worked quick to get the heat back on. Krane was out to my house within 24 hrs after I called about the AC not working to asses what the problem was. I needed a new system, they installed it within a week and I am very satisfied with the entire operation of this company. Professional, courteous and excellent work !!!

Krane replaced our furnace a few years ago. When the AC quit working they were the only firm we called. Craftsmanship is top notch and they are very responsive. We are very pleased with the equipment and installation.
