Krane Heating and Cooling

So far (Furnace was installed yesterday) Krane has done a fantastic job. Prompt response with getting me a quote, which made a lot of sense and had everything in line item form. Very competitive quote. Quick scheduling of the work itself allowing me only a short time without heat. The workers (Jeff and I think Dave, sorry if I'm wrong) were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were masked up the whole time they worked in my home, which I greatly appreciate in these current Covid times. The furnace and all pipes and ducts look fantastic! Always can tell quality work when they make sure to put the finishing touches on the job as they did with mine. Stop looking, go with Krane! Thanks guys!

I had them put in my furnace in 2020 and I just had them put in my air conditioner in 2022. Fantastic service, Great value, on time, and very professional. If I had any more heating and cooling things in my house I would definitely use them again.

So our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year (-1). Of course!!
I looked on line for furnace repair and Krane’s was listed locally and it showed they were still “open” even though it was 10pm. I gave them a call and the owner picked up. I was a bit panicked about our furnace going out. He gave me a few suggestions to try and said to call back if it didn’t work.
Well unfortunately it didn’t work so I called back. He asked me to send him some pictures via text.
It turns out to our heat exchanger had a large crack in it, It was not safe to leave on. I’m so glad I called them. They were out the next morning to install a new furnace.
The workers were professional and respectful of our home.
We now have a new high efficiency furnace and the price was very fair.

If you are looking to replace your furnace and AC you will not find a better company. I have research heating and cooling companies for two years and had several meetings with their representatives. After all this time I decided to hire Krane and it was the best decision. I was so impressed with their professionalism. They did a fantastic job installing new furnace and AC. It was the best experience ever. Everything they promised they delivered. The furnace and AC works great and their were very clean. Their prices are also very reasonable. If I could I would give them 10 stars

The service and professionalism I experienced is promoting me to write a review when though I can't use this company. It's New Years Eve and I woke up to no heat. I called to set up an appointment, but recieved a call from the technician in advance. Based on the age and model of my furnace and description of the issue, he suggested I call the company that installed it for the previous owner because it should have a parts warranty still in effect. They could have easily come out and charged me to install a $900 part, but instead did what's best for the consumer and saved me almost $1,000. Who does that? I really appreciate the consideration this company has shown. I will recommend them to everyone because of their honesty and thoughtfulness!

I am very pleased with Krane. I had an issue with a furnace blowing transformers and had 2 other companies come look at it and they could not fix it. I called Krane based on their previous reviews and I am very pleased! The technician, Daryl, was amazing. He came out and fixed the furnace and A/C unit quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use them again!

Called on a Wednesday night about 9pm. They were able to send someone out the next morning at 7am. Darryl was polite and very informative. Initially he thought we could just replace the parts (about $900). But after further investigation suggested a new furnace because of all the rust ($4k+). Our furnace is about 14 years old. He educated on all the pros and cons of all the options. And showed me how to trouble shoot the furnace should it go out again. He did not initially collect the $75 house call fee so that we could take our time to decide how we would move forward (as the fee would go towards cost of service if we did). He also left his phone number so if we had questions or needed him to walk us through trouble shooting again we could. We appreciate his knowledge, which did not come across as a sales pitch. Because of the unexpected expenses and being the holidays we opted to hold off on making a decision right now. But would recommend and likely move forward with Kranes in the future.

Had a new furnace put in due to flame rollout on the previous furnace's heat exchange. They took their time in diagnosing and educating me about my options. We chose a new Bryant furnace and they had it installed the next Monday (original payment was on a Friday).
