Adam and Koda were great. Knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and very nice. Adam explained the issues and the work done. Darryl from Krane had initially come out to do the diagnostic and he is great as well. Krane is a great company and I will use them again if needed.

Hired Krane to install a furnace into my house. They gave me a good price compared to competitors and multiple options of different types of furnaces. I'm not a furnace expert so they explained everything to me perfectly on the different options and what would be a good pick for my size home. Along with the installation (which only took a few hours) they also did preventative maintenance on my air conditioner with no extra cost. Everything went smoothly with the installation and the men doing the work were very polite and happy to answer any questions. About 6 months after installation, Krane visited to check and make sure everything was running correctly including my air conditioner. They plan on checking back in another 6 months. Great service and good pricing would highly recommend.

I first chose this company has an A+ from BBB, and any negative comments addressed and not with a default statement. I highly recommend this company, the tech; Daryl is phenomenal, he's professional, courteous and resolved no-heat problem (thermostat) quickly.

Review Update:

I called Krane to clean and check my AC unit in a condo I rent. They scheduled me for 6/17, I asked if they do duct cleaning and they said no but referred me to a duct cleaner. Duct cleaner came out 6/12 and couldn’t complete the job and said there was a problem with the ducts. I called Krane back and asked if they could look into this problem when they come out in 5 days to service my AC unit, they said yes. About 10 days go by and my tenant calls to say the AC hasn’t worked well since Krane left. I called Krane who I hadn’t heard back from still at this point except to collect $80 that I believed was for the clean and check of my AC unit. They proceed to tell me that my AC isn’t working and I need new ducting which they do not do. So now I am calling around everywhere to find someone to do attic duct work in a heat wave while my tenants are very uncomfortable. Finally I find someone who does duct work to at least look at the problem and hopefully find a temporary fix. He comes out to find the AC unit covered in cottonwood pollen and 3 lbs short on Freon. Since someone actually reached out (although after I left a review) explained the mistake, apologized, refunded and I used them since 2017 and didn’t have a problem I’d like to leave 3.5 stars but I’ll round up.

Very impressed & satisfied with Krane. They get the job done quickly & are very clean while doing so. We got a new AC & Heating system through them & have been very happy with it. The maintenance guys are great too! Kind & informative.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Our AC died and I called several companies. They either could not come out till next week or didnt call me back. I then googled and found Krane Heating & Cooling. The tech was at my house in 20 minutes after I called them. He immediately found the problem and replaced the part. He explained to me exactly what was wrong. Very nice man, now I am sitting in a cool house. I feel the price they charged more then fair. I highly recommend Krane Heating & Cooling. I know I will use them in the future.

If you're having trouble with my furnace working properly I was told that I had to have the furnace cleaned so I'll be in the shop around. I came across Krane's and they seem to have the most reasonable price for the service so I booked an appointment. About 30 minutes before the scheduled time I receive a phone call from a very kind gentleman named Darrell he said that he was on his way.
When he arrived he took off his shoes before entering my home. My husband and I were so impressed by how much pride he took in his work. He took his time and clean the furnace. Darryl was very knowledgeable and made it a very pleasant experience. It was a great value for the price.

I had Jeff (from the Waterford location) out to my house twice in the last week. First, him and his partner replaced my furnace in one day. Then Jeff came out alone, and installed central air in half a day.

Jeff and his partner were professional, and sociable. As a homeowner, this was my first time dealing with heating and cooling. I appreciated that they were happy to walk me through everything they were doing, and answer all the basic, and silly questions of a novice.

They were efficient, and skilled in everything that they did. Taking the time to think creatively in planning. How vents, and pipes would run in my tight basement, so there is nothing to hit your head on. They even brought me the paperwork for rebates with the utility companies, and they submitted them for me.

I highly recommend Krane as a company, and Jeff as a heating and cooling professional.

What started with a maintenance tune up quickly turned into a replacement. Things get old and sometimes you have to make the call on replacing rather than sinking money into an old unit. Krane was great the entire process.

Bought my home knowing the AC unit would need replacing relatively soon. So it goes... it burned up halfway through the first summer season. I did a lot of shopping around and as a new homeowner hadn't experienced major appliance shopping before. It really is a nightmare if you want to be responsible with your cash and find the best option for your money. Most contractors refused to give me any pricing on the AC units they provide which would give me a rough idea of costs. They required appointments but I know that's just a way to get a customer committed since AC is a time sensitive purchase mid-summer. Some did give unit costs and it initially seemed quite high.

Krane was more than willing to work with me on identifying pricing and the right unit for my needs and still came in much lower in cost.

I went with Krane based on this and even UPGRADED the unit and added a new humidifier and still came in under the others. They scheduled to install within two days. The rep that came to my home was polite and well informed. He did not push me on financing and waited patiently while I compared the terms against other financing options. Their financing was a tad higher cost over similar terms of say a personal loan (if you pay min payments) but lower monthly fee and allows option to prepay on principle with no penalties.

Once approved, the installers came that Friday and were awesome and friendly. Everything was replaced and the old taken away. The attention to detail was incredible. Even old wiring that past contractors left messy was neatly strapped and tucked, caulking was pro, explaining the system and components was done and very helpful! Even willing to re-route and update my drain plumbing and ductwork at no additional charge. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn they come back to check on the system in 6 months and offer a free cleaning and maintenance after one year.

Needless to say, I was so impressed I actually couldn't wait to write this review! I don't usually write them unless I'm this impressed or equally dissatisfied. I highly recommend Krane. Clearly this company instills the correct customer service values in their installers and staff.
