Technician Dan Nicholson of Zilka Heating replaced the thermostat so that our air conditioning could work again. His work was extremely efficient and he was extremely personable. Thank you.

Zilka can handle most of everything, only thing we dont do is fixing indoor plumbing, we are busy keeping your a/c running, exhaust fans pumping, and your furnaces heating, as well as water heaters and hydronic systems(boilers)

Love this business! I have been a long time customer and they really helped me out this week. I am recuperating from surgery and my air went out. Talk about misery! But even though they are super busy, they got me in and did the repair. Today it will be 90 degrees and I am doing great. This company is honest, efficient, and really cares about its' customers. This dude came out and diagnosed my high limit switch as bypassed. He said he’d have to order it and replace it, three weeks later he came back out and FORGOT the only part he needed to replace.

Holy cow, what a whopper of a price! The tech came unprepared, using my tools, left me with work to do, and gave me a monster of a price for the work. I would not recommend to anyone.
