Had no heat called ZILKA Anthony came out checked my furnace out and there was a Duck stuck in my furnace! yep a Duck. He removed the Duck came back the next day and put a furnace cap on. While Jessica (Customer Service Gal) picked up a wounded Raccoon from my yard took him to nurse him back to his health. THIS PLACE ROCKS!! Not only that but when I replaced my furnace 15 months ago I had an Keego Harbor company come out and wanted to charge me for a part when they didn't even fix the problem. The owner argued with me then voided my air conditioner warranty. (I had them put in air unit prior to my furnace)To top it off they didn't even screw in a part that should have been bolted in and the ZILKA techs found...Ohh gotta mention Mike the sales guy who is really cool and has great house stories...If you have any questions or concerns ask for Jessica she will make sure to get it right for you.... Love this place!!
